What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Gabe designed and developed the MVP of my app so it's difficult to quantify measurable outcomes as everything is new and attributed to his work. Beyond the basics of a functioning and (so far) flawlessly reviewed app, the key measurable attribute has been Gabe's responsiveness and desire to exceed all expectations. He is quick and consistent to jump in, with positive demeanor, urgency, and talent, and tackle whatever task or idea comes up.

Gabe met or exceeded all timelines, and was exceedingly patient with me when I failed to meet timelines to get him resources and answers to questions.

Gabe is a truly unique blend of talent, work ethic, and positive personality. It's easy (and expected) in the creative contract work space to get stuck in cycles of militant project management that bill to every decimal or slip in to unresponsiveness, but Gabe has consistently avoided both ends of the spectrum. From day 1 he has been consistently available, engaged, and excited to do whatever it takes to make this project a success.

Rebuild our existing mobile app & make a new mobile app for a specific type of user. Assist in planning & development of new features for the mobile apps, and provide key insights into best practices, design languages, and other mobile app standards. Become self-sufficient and be able to manage other developers by guiding them along new features & requirements outlines.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Have 2 iOS & Android apps built with the core features of the existing ones, the usability and user-experience is top-notch, and nothing is confusing, modernizing the apps design language into something more streamlines & easy-to-view.

They delivered items on time very frequently, and always provided constant communication to ensure all stakeholders were informed of timelines, setbacks, and project progress. They were widely available even outside of normal business hours, and didn't mind being personable beyond just business-speak.

I'm impressed by the speed at which they're able to deliver products according to our needs.
