• DeepIDV required to expand in publicity and to generate more high-quality leads via effective digital advertising.

We had a very strong performance marketing focus and that's where A&T Digital came in to manage our Google Ads campaigns. They gave us all the information from the start and were making regular contact with us via email so we knew exactly what was happening at each stage.
They created and executed a specific marketing campaign approach, which involved keyword targeting, ad optimization, and ongoing monitoring. They focused on those strategies that showed a clear return on investment and adjusted them on the fly to get the maximum return on our investment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results of this partnership were very successful. The campaigns we ran with A&T Digital drove a 75% spike in sales for us. The ROI was huge, so much more than we were expecting. What we were impressed with about A&T Digital was their transparency and responsiveness. As from the outset they were clear about their pricing and communicated openly with us via email, we felt they had a good level of professionalism. What really caught their attention was the fact that they adapted strategies according to our needs in our industry rather than using general strategies and making campaigns.
The mindset to drive ROI in everything we did was clearly visible with a 75% sales growth as evidence to their expertise. Their proactive communications, their openness to providing explanations of decisions made in the campaigns and their making us feel like we were truly a part of the process were both appreciated and appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something A&T Digital could have done differently?

Overall we were very happy with our experience but there could be some areas of improvement, which are the depth of reporting dashboards. There was good communication and useful updates but if we had more sophisticated visual analytics or real-time dashboards it would be even simpler to monitor our performance.
Also they are a small team and if they need to scale up for larger projects, that may be a consideration for the future. While these are small considerations, it would make their already powerful service offering even more powerful to improve their reporting capabilities and capacity.
