I'm responsible for marketing and business development at Relia Software. We're located in Vietnam and we have 40+ employees.

For what projects/services did your company hire DigiElevation ?

We hired DigiElevation for lead generation, SEO, PPC management, content strategy, and content marketing services.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking to build a strong online presence and SEO performance on Google to increase our traffic and inbound leads.

We found them through one of our contacts. We had a quick call to understand their thought process and online marketing strategies. Price and commitment were also important factors.

Describe the project in detail.

DigiElevation started with understanding our services, online presence, and current marketing activities. From there, they created a roadmap for digital marketing goals and how to achieve them.

Since we're a technology-based company, we understood the importance of technical SEO quickly, and they explained the importance of content marketing. Together we created an SEO friendly website and perfect landing pages for PPC campaigns. They also write monthly blog posts for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were not all ranking for some of the primary keywords, and now we are ranking on page 1. We knew SEO would take a lot of time, but we started seeing the inbound enquiries within 4 months of our engagement. We are getting quality inbound leads from the USA, Australia, Singapore, and Europe countries. We were 10 people team when we hired DigiElevation and now we're 40+.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We both use Slack and Trello, so it's easy for us to communicate and track marketing activities.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their digital marketing industry knowledge stands out the most. The team is hardworking and always works towards to achieve the KPIs. They quickly understood our industry and competitive landscape before execting any marketing plan.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they should invest some money to purchase more digital marketing tools.
