Giant Invitations - Melbourne showroom, we provide high-end wedding stationery Australia-wide.

For what projects/services did your company hire DIF Media, and what were your goals?

Video creation to be used on our website and social media channels.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at a few providers, reviewed relevant work, and decided on DiF media as they invested themselves the most during the discovery process in scoping out the work and had the best ideas.

We've had an initial meeting, we mapped out the objectives, and DiF team guided us through the process and what to expect on the day. They were well prepared, quick to setup and very detailed in their approach.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Des and Philip, I was super comfortable during the interview/presentation stage, and they made the whole experience a fun one. The process was very smooth. They returned the video within a week and it was better than expected.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We showed the video across multiple channels, and all of them had a very high engagement (highest to date). We had a number of partners sharing it across their platform as well

They had an exacting process in place, it was super easy to follow. They mapped out the storyboard, filled in the gaps and moved through the project in a very professional and organised manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They invested themselves into the project early on, they were genuinely excited about making this production piece the best it can be. Also, they had the experience to spot the opportunity and evolve the brief on the day that made all the difference in the finished video piece.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, everything was spot on and super smooth.
