Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Migrate and replace an existing LMS system with a custom-built solution for our business needs.  The solution had to have all the features of the existing solution while allowing us to build additional features for future product requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered on time and met all of our requirements.  We have been using the platform for the past 3 years and have been able to customize and continue to build more and more business value based on the scalable and configurable architecture built for this project.

Dialogs is always responsive to our needs and deliver on time. They are great at thinking through a solution, providing realistic timelines, and keeping everyone informed on progress.

The most impressive thing about Dialogs is the great people they bring to any project.  Not only are they smart and solution-driven, they are easy to work with.

We have worked with Dialogs for well over 10 years. Our entire business runs on the platform Dialogs has developed and customized for us, and which they continue to develop and improve to meet the latest web standards and ADA requirements.

Dialogs built us a solid platform that our clients love and that serves our business.

We have weekly status meetings and a ticketing system to manage tasks and requests. And the Dialogs team always responds immediately to help us to solve any emergencies that come up.
