For what projects/services did your company hire Dia Creative LLC, and what were your goals?

I hired Dia Creative to reimagine an otherwise stale and lackluster website. I wanted something that more closely reflected our company culture and the values of the customers we were looking to attract.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were familiar with Dia's work on other projects and aligned well with their vision and project management team.

We did deep discovery to learn both the design and client queues that would be most important in redeveloping the website. I submitted ideas that I felt would be most impactful and added must-haves along the way.

We worked with 2 people directly on the project which included a project management lead and the CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've just been live for a week and have already received great feedback from what used to be something that we lacked company pride in. The site exceeds my design expectation and is easy to adjust on the fly for future updates.

We were in frequent communication with our project manager who gave us reasonable expectations for timelines and hit them without fail. The team was available seemingly anytime for a Zoom chat to get caught up or answer any questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've never worked with a web design/dev company that was able to properly balance expectations with what's realistic and recommended with someone that has BIG ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm drawing a blank for this.
