They also supported brand visibility and media exposure, including national television appearances, while strengthening Dentnis’s overall digital positioning in Nişantaşı. Overall, DGTL Agence acted as a long-term digital, technology, and business growth partner, helping Dentnis build its infrastructure, international presence, patient acquisition channels, and position as a leading dental clinic in Nişantaşı.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Dentnis expanded its digital presence into English and German, supporting international patient acquisition. The clinic established the necessary digital and operational infrastructure to support international health tourism. Dentnis significantly increased its visibility across search engines, business directories, local platforms, and media channels, including national television exposure. The digital infrastructure and online positioning of the clinic and its dentists were developed to support international patients and healthcare tourism.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

DGTL Agence was much more than an SEO or digital marketing provider for us. They became a long-term strategic partner and brought new ideas, business opportunities, and a broader international vision to Dentnis. They were responsive, flexible, and quick to adapt to our needs. Whether it was technology, international health tourism, digital strategy, or media visibility, they provided practical support and kept projects moving forward. What stood out most was their ability to think beyond the tasks and contribute to the overall vision and growth of our company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was DGTL Agence’s deep understanding of the healthcare and dental industries in Türkiye. We had worked with around 10 different agencies before, but DGTL Agence was different because they understood both our industry and the bigger business picture. Their expertise goes far beyond SEO. They supported us across digital strategy, business consulting, Google Ads, digital marketing, technology, international health tourism, and even national television exposure. What makes them unique is that they connect all of these areas into one clear growth strategy. They didn’t just execute tasks for us; they brought new ideas, challenged our thinking, and helped shape the future direction of our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DGTL Agence could have done differently?

Honestly, we found it difficult to identify a major area for improvement because DGTL Agence looks at the business from A to Z, not just from a digital perspective. Most agencies we had worked with before focused on specific services such as SEO, advertising, or website work. DGTL Agence was different because they also looked at the business side, our market position, international opportunities, health tourism, and overall growth strategy. This broader business perspective is actually one of the most unique things about working with them. We had worked with around 10 agencies before, and we had not experienced this kind of approach from any of them.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

DGTL Agence managed the project end-to-end, building our digital presence from zero. Key deliverables included the complete UX/UI and mobile-responsive website design, custom PHP development, technical infrastructure, and German, English and French website versions. They also created our content strategy, produced and optimized website content, conducted multilingual keyword research, and implemented laboratory-sector-specific SEO. The technical SEO scope included site architecture, hreflang, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, internal linking, indexing and crawlability optimization, and performance improvements. DGTL Agence also established our Google Business Profile and local SEO presence in Germany, together with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing Places, Yandex Webmaster and Naver. The project covered the complete digital ecosystem — website, technology, content, multilingual SEO, local SEO, search-engine infrastructure and organic growth — with the objective of building Nano-Test’s digital presence from the ground up.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 12 months, our website generated more than 417,000 organic Google impressions. We also reached 13th position in our sector on Google.de, starting from a newly established and largely unknown digital presence. The project significantly increased our organic search visibility in Germany and established our presence across Google, Bing, Yandex and Naver. Our multilingual German, English and French digital infrastructure also created a scalable foundation for continued international growth. The website, multilingual content, SEO and technical work were delivered at a very high standard. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and their understanding of our industry.

Communication was consistent and direct, and they responded quickly when we had new requirements or needed adjustments. They were also proactive in identifying technical and SEO opportunities rather than simply waiting for instructions. Overall, the project was managed professionally, with flexibility to accommodate our needs throughout the engagement. DGTL Agence was always responsive and available when we needed them. They handled our requests quickly and provided direct one-to-one support, including outside regular working hours. We believe the project provided excellent value for our company. Their technical depth was particularly impressive. They combined custom PHP development with multilingual SEO, structured data, hreflang, indexing, search-engine integrations and laboratory-industry-specific content strategy. Most importantly, they focused on measurable organic growth and turned a previously unknown digital presence into a significantly more visible brand in Germany within just one year. We are very satisfied with the work DGTL Agence has done for our company. They took responsibility for our digital presence from the beginning and supported us throughout the entire process.
