DgCrux Technology has built the web app end-to-end. We’re yet to go live, so it’s tough to say what the metrics are. Overall, the team has been flexible and done a good job.

We’ve had a very good experience with the project timeline and delivery schedule. The QA process could’ve been a bit better, but everything else has been good. The QA process could’ve been stronger in terms of unit testing, feature testing, and aesthetic testing. We communicate through meetings, emails, and WhatsApp.
