Devtorium has been monumental in building the tools used internally as well as supporting the functions on the customer-facing website. Some highlights include: the website, the internal CRM, security projects, custom roles, rebuilt the security platform, and has done all tasks quickly and efficiently.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Devtorium team began work on an outdated platform that was great for the startup phase of the company, but several items needed to be updated. The website has been redesigned and built out two times, and the attention to detail is extremely impressive. 

Every tool and function built by the team works beautifully, saves time, and is simple for both internal and external users to use. The website and CRM have been completely transformed which has helped the business grow and keep the customers happy.

The team meets daily and provides status updates. The work is always delivered on time and, unfortunately, sometimes there are no mockups or little information is provided by the stakeholders, but the team is patient and offers suggestions and potential solutions for the clients. 

The team is full of "go getters" and the work is always top quality. There is a code release every 2 weeks so implementing new features is always done quickly. There have been no complaints about delivering hot fixes when needed, and the level of professionalism is gold star standard.

The team works together perfectly. To find such an efficient, intelligent, fun team can be difficult. Having the bond like they do makes the work enjoyable, and it's always exciting to see what the team delivers!

None that I can think of, everything is running smoothly, which is definitely rare in this industry. Great work all around!

The primary deliverable was a modern looking e-commerce website that is connected with our internal systems and is very easy to maintain and update. The site scales well to meet demand and shows excellent stability even during peak sales. Our customers are delighted with the UX and ease of using the shop and our additional platform. Our most crucial measurable outcome is increased online sales, which means more happy customers.
