Key deliverables included a mobile-friendly website, clear navigation and content structure, contact/inquiry flow, basic on-page SEO setup, performance checks, and deployment to production

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome was a successful launch of a professional website that clearly presents my training offer and improves my online credibility. The site is mobile-friendly, loads quickly, and makes it easier for people to contact me and request training

Project management was clear and efficient. DevNova shared a live demo early, which allowed me to review progress and request updates in real time. They delivered milestones on time, communicated quickly, and reacted to feedback fast. Even when I requested extra adjustments, they stayed flexible and made sure the final result matched my expectations.

DevNova delivered a full-cycle website project for AZPP, covering planning, design, development, and launch. The work included clarifying site goals and structure, creating a clean UX for public visitors, and building a fast, mobile-friendly website with an easy-to-manage content layout.

• Information architecture & page structure: clear navigation, logical sectioning, and page templates.
• UI/UX implementation: modern layout optimized for trust and readability on mobile and desktop.
• Website development & deployment: fully functional production website with responsive behavior and cross-browser compatibility.
• Content setup: structured sections for core information (organization overview, updates/news, contacts and key pages).
• Basic SEO & technical setup: clean URLs, metadata setup, sitemap/robots configuration (where applicable).

management was very structured and transparent. They first delivered a working demo website (the core structure/skeleton), then shared a live demo link so we could review progress and request changes in real time. This made communication easy and kept everything aligned.

They delivered key items on time and were highly responsive to our feedback. Even though the contract included a defined number of revisions, they accommodated additional edits without increasing the price. The budget was fixed from the start, with no unexpected costs, and they also provided a free domain and hosting for one year. Overall, they were flexible, reliable, and easy to work with.

No major issues. If anything, they could provide a slightly more detailed post-launch guide (admin instructions/checklist), but overall the experience was excellent
