We have hired a great team of very skilled people that make up vital parts of our customer success division.

Devire has always been very fast when providing us with candidates (normally 2-3 days) and after some tuning in the beginning of our collaboration, the candidates have also been of very high quality. We have extremely high hiring rates from the candidates that has been presented to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Anna and the other recruiting agents we are using from Devire have always been super-friendly and very solution oriented right from the start. We are now getting very good candidates presented which suits our recruiting process very efficient, and in a few cases it has been less than a week from we communicated our needs until a new candidate was hired.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Devire could have done differently?

Finding good talent is always difficult, and there may be small things here and there that could be improved, but in general we are super-happy!

We had a very challenging hiring of a critical position of Sales Manager in Czechia for a specific Therapeutic Area- the role was very difficult to fill. Dedicated recruiter provided us with relevant candidates so we could fill the position successfully.

Project management was great, dedicated recruiter Michaela was very responsive and flexible in terms of having catch-ups. Contact with the vendor was great during the whole project, Michaela is a very dedicated recruiter what look for candidates that match business requirements. She has a great knowledge of the Czech market and was able to help with the challenging project we had.

We needed assistance with recruitment services. We were having difficulties finding high-profile candidates for some positions, and we asked Devire for support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devire has helped us with several recruitment processes. They’ve mainly assisted us with head-hunting tasks. We usually conduct our recruitment process, but sometimes it’s hard to find the right candidates. 

When we start a recruitment process, we provide Devire with the job descriptions and then have in-depth interviews with Devire’s consultant. In this interview, Devire usually asks us for more information about the job openings and requirements. 

What is the team composition?

I work mainly with Devire’s principal consultant for life sciences. 

How did you come to work with Devire?

Our consultant used to work in another company before Devire. When she started working at Devire, she contacted us with an offer. 

How much have you invested with them?

Our quote depends on the salary of the recruited professionals. We pay Devire 18% of the recruited teammate’s yearly remuneration. Overall, we’ve invested around $25,000 with Devire throughout our complete engagement. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Devire in June 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re pleased with Devire’s work. I’ve worked with other recruitment agencies before, and Devire has recruited the appropriate candidates for each position. They work quickly, and I’m satisfied with Devire’s service level — they meet my expectations. 

How did Devire perform from a project management standpoint?

Devire meets deadlines and stays on budget. They have strong communication skills. They’re responsive and always answer fast if I contact them for additional information. Devire also provides result reports. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with how quickly Devire has found the appropriate candidates for our positions.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think Devire’s reports could have more complex and detailed information. However, the provided reports depend on the consultant we work with and the job opening they’re recruiting for. Devire usually has a good balance between simple and complex reports. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend to give Devire as much information as possible. Provide them with the job descriptions and additional material, and Devire will recruit the correct candidates.

We were working on an important project that required us to deploy 30 new positions, so we engaged Devire to provide support.

When we engaged Devire to partner with us, we aimed to hire qualified candidates quickly; they helped with that. We cooperated with three recruitment agencies to fill positions for this project, and Devire was the best by far. 

They learned our profile needs and briefed candidates so perfectly that they came in well-prepared for our interviews. Devire’s candidates knew about our company and the essential components of the role and sector they were interviewing for. They also asked great questions and shared their motivations, which was helpful. 

How did Devire perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with Devire has been a good experience, and we’re satisfied with how they’ve managed our collaboration. They’re the best agency I’ve ever worked with. We’re in constant contact via email and phone.

During the recruitment process, we also had weekly catch-ups. I liked that they focused on quality over quantity of candidates. They were open to meeting with us and receiving feedback, which enabled them to hone their skills and identify the right candidates for our needs. They were communicative and understanding; it felt like we had the same goal.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we started with a recruitment strategy. We met with Devire and their hiring manager and shared the job descriptions. During the recruitment strategy meeting, we discussed the positions, our expectations, and the potential pipeline of the candidates.

So far, we’ve already filled one placement. Devire continues the process for the other positions within our products. We’ll be responsible for the candidates’ onboarding and training.

At the initial stage, we had two consultants during the recruitment strategy meeting. On a daily basis, we only work with Magdalena (Regional Director).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

So far, the process has gone well. The person we’ve hired through Devire will join us at the beginning of March. Since the positions we need to fill require specific talent, our collaboration with Devire is quite meaningful. Devire gives great business insights, and we’re very satisfied with their work with each candidate, including meetings, descriptions, and reports.

How did Devire perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time, and our collaboration with Magdalena is excellent; she provides feedback every day. Devire updates the database of candidates daily, and we have contact with them a few times per week. We also receive a summary of the activities they’ve done so far.

We have different communication channels, including email and phone calls. We also have regular meetings with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve very professional, responsive, and driven. The team shares their feedback and updates us daily. Moreover, they’re fast at finding candidates, and we see results in the pipeline. If we need to change our approach regarding the selection criteria, they also align quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything they could improve. Devire is excellent.

I’m the supervisor of the engineering group of an automotive company that supplies vehicle components.

We needed their support in sourcing candidates for our team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devire helped us hire engineers and teammates in other departments. We provided a draft of the job description, which they discussed with us and added to. They sourced candidates based on our requirements. We needed highly educated engineers with experience in suspension components because our area of operation is quite technical. 

We reviewed resumes together, and they scheduled screenings. Once I approved a candidate after the screening, Devire set up an interview with me and our internal hiring manager — either face-to-face or, primarily, over Microsoft Teams since this was during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I was satisfied because I hired 2–3 of their candidates; that was the most profitable aspect of our partnership. The hiring process with Devire felt natural. It was easier than observing the labor market and hiring employees from other sources, including our internal HR department. I definitely don’t have any complaints about Devire.

Everything went according to plan. They met deadlines and communicated smoothly. They were really responsive when I asked them for feedback about the candidates or to schedule a screening or interview.

Candidates have the first contact with Devire’s team, and then we organize interviews with the resources to see if they fit our needs.

Regarding requirements, they’re looking for people who can speak Dutch and German for a field-service engineer specializing in radiology solutions.

Some processes have taken longer than expected, but they’re generally very helpful. So far, they’ve been involved in recruitment processes for different areas of the company. We’ve had different experiences depending on the processes, but we’ve been happy with their candidates.

Project management is good. They’ve delivered almost everything on time. Moreover, their communication is always clear and fast. We mainly stay in contact via email and phone calls.

Their speed of work is their most impressive trait.

A couple of times, the candidates’ expectations didn’t meet our salary expectations for the position.

My boss had worked with them before, and he had had a very good experience with them, so we decided to work with them again. We’ve also worked with other recruiting agencies in Warsaw, but Devire has been the best one so far.

We engaged Devire to help us find the right people for our open position. Our company was developing our R&D department.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devire searched for the best candidates in the Polish market and referred them to us. Initially, we had detailed conversations with them about the job profile and the competencies needed for the positions. Then, we signed agreements and determined the company areas where we needed the candidates. From there, they started their search. 

The team at Devire talked to the candidates and told them about our company. They then sent us the candidates’ profiles, including their telephone numbers, emails, and reports. Our team then invited the candidates that were suitable for what we needed. Devire agreed to send us a minimum of three candidates, but they sent us around 6–8 people.

I was in contact with the project manager and the recruitment consultant. 

How did you come to work with Devire?

Devire was recommended by our new recruitment manager. She said that Devire knew the Warsaw market and that it would be easier for us to find people if we engaged the Devire team.

The engagement lasted from January–December 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

This project was important for me because we previously couldn’t find candidates for our roles. Some people would respond to our recruitment announcement, while others wouldn’t. Devire made it easy for us to find candidates through their database. 

On top of that, the two people I cooperated with were great, professional, and knowledgeable about the Polish job market. As a result, we had an easy collaboration. 

How did Devire perform from a project management standpoint?

Devire delivered everything on time and within our budget. To communicate, we had a weekly meeting about the people they’d invited, who accepted the recruitment invite, and how many rejected it. We used phones, Teams, and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their understanding of our needs. Even if we were searching for a candidate for a highly specific position, they were able to find people with the right competencies. 

On top of that, they provided us with information about why some of them rejected our invitation for interviews. This was valuable for me since it told us about our company’s branding, what we should do or improve, and how the market paid for such positions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. They were the best in terms of understanding the Polish pharmaceutical market. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Prepare detailed job descriptions and provide Devire with a good candidate profile. Using these, the team can find anyone you need — not just in Poland but also in specific markets inside or outside Europe.
