I’m the co-founder and head of product intelligence of Anatomie, a luxury performance apparel company. We offer concierge services for travelers, combining stylish design with functional features and high-quality European craftsmanship to provide comfort and confidence.

We needed help with a very complex design, automation workflows, and problem-solving.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DevFactory has taken a design automation platform from concept to a robust system that’s delivering a 100x output on the design innovation pipeline. The team has handled the frontend of our custom UI and helped the whole team connect it to the backend. Moreover, DevFactory has helped build our recursive learning system that scrapes knowledge for certain design thinking and design attributes daily and feeds it into our design automation platform’s brain, so it gets smarter every day.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve created a platform to design some of our best-selling products. As the head of product intelligence, I’m able to see when the formula is right based on the algorithm that our customers respond to, and we’re turning concepts into dollars in real time.Based on our customer surveys, we’re seeing 3x engagement compared to previous surveys of our product. This enables us to do things that were impossible even three months ago. The world has changed, and it feels good to be ahead of the curve and to have partners like DevFactory who can help us reach our goals in this very tech-forward world we’re in currently.

How did DevFactory perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m in contact with them daily, so it’s a team effort. They’re like an extension of my American business. We use virtual meetings as our primary form of communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DevFactory is easy, user-friendly, and a problem solver. Even though there’s a big time difference, they’re pretty much always available. I never feel like I’m out of the loop with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Both of our teams have learned so much in the last year because, as everybody knows (unless they’re living under a rock), AI is impacting our daily lives and businesses at a speed and scale we’ve never experienced before. It’s kind of learn as you go, and DevFactory has been in the deep water swimming with us because the ship isn’t coming in; we’ve got to swim out to the ship these days!The team is young and dynamic, and they don’t have bad habits. They’re not focused on what worked last year; we’re going to where the next move is, not trying to make what used to be the standard work because that’s a dead strategy. Adopt or die!
