Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

As a retail company, we hired Dever to create a VR experience aimed at attracting the new candidates for our store positions.

They developed the VR experience from the ground up and provided a comprehensive solution for a 5 minute video showcasing the essential tasks of one of our primary roles in the store. The experience highlights key tasks acrose five different locations within one of our stores, complemented by additional VR elements that enhance the candidate experience. Dever worked closely with us to design the UX/UI experience and gemification aspect, aligning with our preferences and visual guidelines. 

They took our wishes into account and explored the available options thoroughly. Overall, the entire project was completed efficiently and met our expectations perfectly.  The whole project was done fast and very on point!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product typically generates significant interest among candidates at career fairs and other events where we showcase our retail company and job opportunities. Those who experience the VR presentation generally provide positive feedback, stating that it enhances their understanding andvisulization of the main job tasks, which is our primary goal. 

Furthermore, by launching this product, we are the first retail company in the country to offer a VR experience for this purpose.

Dever was always on time and they met all the deadlines and agreements already throughout the project milestones. They have considered all our wishes and reviewed the possibilities avilable. The whole project was done fast and very on point!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is impressive that such a small team managed to combine all necesarry features to meet our expectations and criteria. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dever could have done differently?

The team has done a great job, especially with the UX/UI aspects of the design! We are delighted with  the gamification element of the experience.

However, one area, where improvement could be made is the experience of the shooting scene. It would have benefitted from a better film crew, including more skilled cameraperson and possibly a film director, to enhance the overall experience.

We are an online e-commerce shop (also with an on-site physical shop) that sells sports optics. My position in the company is Project coordinator and CAD engineer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dever, and what were your goals?

We hired Dever for programming the Augmented Reality renders of 3D CAD models. Our goal is to provide our online customers with a 3D model for better visualization of the products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for AR developers in our country and chose the company after reviewing the applications and after meeting with the company members. Deciding factors were their past experience with the AR projects, hourly rate and interpersonal relations since this is a multi-annual project.

They are creating an AR application with Babylon.js based on the Solidworks 3D CAD models we provide them with.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Until now, their programmer, responsible for programming the logic in Babylon.js, was our main point of contact. We also collaborated with their CEO, Project Manager, UX/UI designer and the other programmer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app is not yet finished, but at this stage of the development we can already see the results of the development and we are convinced that our customers will find great value in this app.

We are having meetings every month or every two months, where we review the work that has been made and then we set the TO-DO list for the next few weeks. When there is any kind of confusion about the development that needs to be addressed quickly, we also phone or email each other.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed by the amount of skill they possess, despite being such a young company and also such a young team on a personal level.

they designed and redeveloped from scratch digital mobile solutions I can use by iPhone - we provide text and pictures and with weekly or daily calls we pushed it through in 4 weeks!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we were able to present at a yearly convention for 3D designers and pattern design and use it now daily in our discussions with customers and as a textile agency this is actually our USP compared to competitors

they give always the short steps and timeline which were always matching exactly using zoom, slack for communication, and one live meeting in our rooms - perfect communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They think outside the box and bring new ideas and eye-catchers, but matching the need as they were inside my company for years... look like perfect study, insights, investigation from and for our branch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

quality of works is/was great, real short time, creative - no ideas to do something better in this timeline...
