The company first Business Model was to complete the project fully with agreed cost within set time frame which was great and the project risks of delays and effecient development falls with the developer company

The new business model, the company provided developers as part time or full time which the client bare the risks of delays.

I had the Pleasure to work with Mr. Huzaifa, which had exceptional communication and he is supportive and cooperative. 

1.The project went through ups and downs and Mr. Huzaifa was supportive.

2. As a client we had to bare the costs and delays of switching developers due to sudden resigning or reassignments. 

3. developers working different time frames which added stress to the client and ineffecient development

4. Sometimes developers do not respond for hours or days and we have to meet with the management to findout what are the issues. Which gives feeling that the client has no authority or control over the project or the development.

1. Preparing a monthly form DeveloIT share with clients where they rate the review the developers and share their feedback.

which if there are issues, the management will work on improving the clients' experience. and shows the clients that you are striving to improve.

and also this should be part of the yearly evaluation for the employees.

2.  Holding the developer accountable for the mistakes rather than the client to bare the damage or extra cost

4. After meetings to address problems there was no clear indication that there was internal meeting and action taken to resolve the problems or follow ups with the client.
