I’m an IT manager at a health services organization based in Colombia.

What challenge were you trying to address with DevBotic?

We’re going through an important digital transformation process, and our admin area has a lot of manual processes. Our team has engaged DevBotic to help us with this.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DevBotic has helped us develop automation for our processes. They’ve analyzed the feasibility of our automation strategies. One of the things they’ve built is an invoicing bot that simulates the work of an advisor. Apart from that, we’ve made several other developments to support the process. 

Moreover, the team has also helped us make optimal decisions for the automation initiative. Everything has been developed from scratch. The technologies they’ve used include Power BI, Rocketbot, SQL, and tools embedded in Windows. 

What is the team composition?

We work with six people, including designers and developers. 

How did you come to work with DevBotic?

I met DevBotic at a tech event in Bogota. When this project came up, we evaluated various companies, including them. We chose them because they provided the best quotation. Aside from that, our team liked that they were truly proactive. They always found a way to provide additional value to the processes they were involved in; their approach to dealing with their clients was also great. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration started in August 2022, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The bot they’ve created currently handles about 650 services per day, which is higher than 200 services previously handled manually. In other words, we’ve tripled our results and improved our services. Moreover, our development process takes about three days with the bot, up from two weeks previously. Overall, the bot has improved our response times and performance indicators. 

How did DevBotic perform from a project management standpoint?

DevBotic is always willing to listen to us and understand our process. They exert great effort to adjust to our financial capability. For communication, we have weekly meetings using Teams to check the progress of the project. Our teams have short daily conversations to resolve urgent matters. We communicate using emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their proactiveness helps us find the right solutions. DevBotic isn’t simply trying to sell us something; they also provide important accompaniments to their services. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’ve had a great working experience with them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Involve DevBotic in the whole process. Be open with them, and you’ll get the best out of their services and advice.

We wanted to automate our processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DevBotic created an automation feature using Rocketpot for us. It was a repetitive process we did for our client’s website, and we wanted to automate it. They gathered information about our requirements during our initial meeting, and then they started working on the deliverable.

At present, they provide continuous support for us. We’re still addressing some details about this project, but we expect to start automating our other processes.

We work with a development engineer and a project manager.

DevBotic attended a meeting with our IT manager, and the team approached him to discuss this automation project. Our manager connected us with them, and we decided to partner with them from there. Moreover, they’d been working with one of our close service providers, so we felt they were trustworthy. We also liked their proposal.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The project is still in progress, so we don’t have any specific success metrics yet. However, we expect to measure the impact of the automated system on our business soon. 

Meanwhile, DevBotic has provided us with great support. They’re always ready to work on any adjustments that come up.

How did DevBotic perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a good job managing the project. Everything is delivered according to our established parameters. To communicate, we use Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The support of their development engineer throughout the process has been impressive. On top of that, they offer great options to address issues that arise. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve deviated a little from our originally planned schedule, although the holidays impacted that, too.

Stay in constant communication with DevBotic to achieve your goals. Their support and management services are great.
