Dev Story worked closely with our internal team to rebuild most of the core application screens from the ground up using updated designs. The project included translating our design vision into polished, production-ready mobile interfaces, improving underlying architecture, and ensuring consistency across both platforms.

A major part of the scope was also focused on improving our development workflow. Dev Story helped establish a more automated and reliable mobile build and deployment process, which was a huge step forward compared to how we previously shipped mobile updates. Key deliverables included redesigned screens, platform-level improvements, and a smoother release pipeline that will continue to benefit us long after the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The visual and usability improvements were immediately noticeable. Compared to our legacy application, the new screens feel modern, cohesive, and much more aligned with LARALAB’s brand. Feedback from our internal team and early beta users has been extremely positive many commented on how much cleaner and more intuitive the experience feels.

From a delivery standpoint, the project has stayed on track with our planned timeline, which gave us confidence in moving forward with future releases and iterations.

Dev Story handled the full development cycle for both our iOS and Android apps. They started with concept discussions and initial wireframes, then moved into full UI/UX design before building each version natively Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.
They also developed and integrated the kiosk-connection features, user flow logic, and everything necessary to ensure the app delivered a smooth, reliable experience at every touchpoint. From the first drafts to the final builds, they took responsibility for every technical and design detail.
