I hired DevCanary to develop an effective and user friendly e-commerce website for my cosmetics business. I wanted a very detailed one showing the clear photos of the product, the description, ingredients and the usage directions of each product. I also wanted for it to have an effective and easy checkout system. The outcome helped us sell well on our website.

The deliverables were e-commerce website development and Figma Design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Increased Online sales to a point where it was 30% more than our physical store sales
2. Enhanced website traffic - 25% increase monthly of visitors
3. A simplified and effective checkout process reduced the cart abandonment by 50%
4. Positive feedback from customers on the improved website experience with detailed information on all products therefore giving them more clarity on their choices.
5. Repeat purchases as a result of high satisfaction as we were able to retain their shopping data analytics which helped us follow up and provide more after sale services.

Absolutely. They were very efficient and fast and always communicated about progress. If anything, we were the ones who sometimes would delay abit with responding. They took time to listen and give solutions.
