The team also provides incident detection and response, identifying outages, performance issues, and security alerts. Additionally, Detect manages, investigates, and triages alerts before escalating. 
The team also ensures uptime and reliability, keeping systems running and minimizing downtime. Moreover, detect provides basic troubleshooting, fixing common issues, or routing them to engineering teams. Finally, the team tracks capacity and performance, watching load, usage, and scaling needs.
