They built a multi-agent system where separate agents handled product search, order status queries, and return processing - all coordinated through a central orchestrator. They integrated the agents with the client's existing Shopify catalog and fulfillment APIs, set up vector search for product matching, and deployed everything on GCP with proper monitoring.

The AI agents now handle around 70% of incoming customer queries without human intervention. Average response time dropped from hours to minutes. The product recommendation agent increased cross-sell conversion in the first month after launch.

They upgraded our entire codebase from Python 2, set up proper sandbox and production environments, implemented email services with SendGrid, added multi-factor authentication for security, and built a custom file hosting system with proper access controls. They also helped us evaluate where AI and automation could improve our care home workflows going forward, which is why we continue working with them.

The migration was successful with zero data loss, which was our biggest concern going in. We now have a stable, modern platform that our care home staff actually enjoy using. Response times improved noticeably, and we've had far fewer support tickets since the new system went live.

They also thought ahead about things we hadn't considered, that's what usually business need from servce providers.

They also built a product discovery agent that uses semantic search across the catalog so customers actually find what they are looking for. On top of that, they set up automated post-purchase flows - shipping updates, review requests, restock alerts - all driven by agent logic rather than rigid rule-based triggers. Everything connects through the platform's existing APIs, which our team maintains.
