DestiLabs mapped our key support and operations flows, then designed and launched AI agents on top of our APIs using MCP. They connected the agents to our internal tools, set up clear handoffs to the team for complex cases. They also helped us roll out an AI CFO copilot that pulls data from different systems and gives clear insights instead of raw numbers. In the end, we got production ready AI agents, API/MCP integrations, basic dashboards, and a simple playbook for next iterations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We brought in DestiLabs to build AI agents on top of our APIs so they could handle routine questions 24/7 and free up our operations team from repetitive tasks. After we saw the results, we extended the partnership and implemented an AI CFO with their help – now, instead of spending hours digging through data, we have our own AI copilot.

The final deliverables included the production-ready AI agent on Dify integrated to our internal tools
