We started with AI consulting first, then we ordered AI audit and then they built the multi agent system end to end. Tool use so it can hit the client's APIs, memory so conversations persist, and evals so we can tell when it's actually working. We did the UI and the product shell. The agent plugs into it but the brain is theirs.

  In-product support tickets dropped around 40% in the first few weeks. Tasks that took a few minutes of clicking now take one message. And we've been shipping agent updates weekly without regressions, which says a lot about how they set things up.

They integrated the agents with the client's existing Shopify catalog and fulfillment APIs, set up vector search for product matching, and deployed everything on GCP with proper monitoring.

The AI agents now handle around 70% of incoming customer queries without human intervention. Average response time dropped from hours to minutes. The product recommendation agent increased cross-sell conversion in the first month after launch.

They also helped us evaluate where AI and automation could improve our care home workflows going forward, which is why we continue working with them.
