They built a customer support agent that understands product questions, order inquiries, and return requests in context - not just keyword matching. They also built a product discovery agent that uses semantic search across the catalog so customers actually find what they are looking for. On top of that, they set up automated post-purchase flows - shipping updates, review requests, restock alerts - all driven by agent logic rather than rigid rule-based triggers. Everything connects through the platform's existing APIs, which our team maintains.
