They also helped us evaluate where AI and automation could improve our care home workflows going forward, which is why we continue working with them.

The system supports daily overnight updates so new brands and influencers are automatically included, and those leaving the platform are removed.

On top of that, they set up automated post-purchase flows - shipping updates, review requests, restock alerts - all driven by agent logic rather than rigid rule-based triggers. Everything connects through the platform's existing APIs, which our team maintains.
