We had to build a custom application for handling Contracts and Proposals handling for a large Corporation.

Key deliverables: Application Design, SharePoint applications, Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, Integration with Azure Cognitive Services and Azure AI, Testing and Installation in end client's infrastructure.

Their project management was excellent! They were quick to grasp the requirements and plan the execution of each project step. They delivered on time with a high quality.

Most important: whenever (rarely) they delivered a component that was missing some functionality, they were accepting it immediately and completed it in the shortest possible time.

All the people who interacted with our team had very strong communication skills. They also focused on the details of our online meetings; we felt as if we were working in the same office despite being 5,000 km apart!

Their technology consulting services are extremely valuable in an everchanging technology landscape
We also built together with them custom Office 365 apps for our customers in Europe.

Scope of Work in Detail:

1. System Design and Configuration:

• Develop a custom SharePoint-based platform for managing policy and procedure documents.
• Design a secure and user-friendly interface for both master document management and staff access to approved policies

2. Integration of the DMS Life Cycle:

• Configure workflows for the six life cycle stages: Draft, Approve, Publish, Acknowledge, Feedback, and Review.
• Enable automated notifications and tracking to promote accountability and timely updates.

3. Access Management and Security:

• We will upgrade our current SharePoint 2016 high-availability farm to SharePoint 2022 and apply MS SharePoint security baselines. We will also test and normalize SharePoint in both the production and development environments after the updates and security baselines are applied.
• Maintain, administer and support the SharePoint environment for the duration of the contract.
