The work was subpar. They were unresponsive. When I complained, they refunded and deactivated my account. I would not recommend them to my worst competitor.

They were not timely or responsive.

This company is absolutely displorable.

I am Chris Healey and i am associated with Arizona Cooling Company as their Sr. writer. The company's main focus is to provide professional air cooling services amongst others at affordable rates.

We are a company based in Arizona by the name Arizona Cooling Company. As our company expanded, we need a professional to create our website since web development is a technical aspect. We connected with Designs Raptor through a friend who recommended them. They were indeed highly proficient and we plan to work with them in the future as well.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through a friend's recommendations. I saw their online appearance and i found them to be very professional.

We scheduled a meeting on Skype and spoke with their designated Project Manager, Mr. Asher. Each prospect was discussed in detail, and based on the discussion, a few sample designs for my websites were sent to us in the following days as committed by them. We finalized the design and proceeded with the development. We found their developers excellent at their job, and the overall experience was great.

We associated with approximately 4 people. The Project Manager. Website Designer, Developer and I'm not sure of the other persons designation.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Gave us a good online exposure. Customers had a positive feedback to the website in terms to the UI and UX design.

Initial meetings were conducted on Skype, call and emails. They corresponded regularly and spontaneously.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their insight and feedback on how to take up the project better. While offering their guidance rather suggestion they were very humble and knowledgeable which was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can point out any such but yes I must say it was always a delight to speak with the representatives regardless of whether it was Asher Martin or the others.

We are a USA based company and desperately required the professional assistance of a website developer thankfully we got connected with Designs Raptor who proved to be a great and worth while company to associate with.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired this vendor because we had previously heard about them. Also before associating we did a thorough research on the firm and based on the positive customer reviews we decided to proceed.

We spoke with the Project Manager, David. With him we discussed each aspect in much detail about our project and based on the discussion a few sample websites were created for my team to review. Each project was done well and we finalized a website design from it since they were creative and insightful.

The vendor connected us with 2 members. The first person was a designer and the second is a website Developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes we received a great response in terms to the redesign of our platform. We gained customers and they loved our new design and as a result of the redesigning our customers now are able to better navigate our services.

The team and I were daily scheduled on a meeting via Skype to manage and discuss progress. If had a delay for any reason they ensured to update and also manage things much professionally ahead.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provide us a professional website and after completion they also helped by guiding us on how to use our new WP website most effectively. And how we could update content, adjust internal links and have some technicalities catered to such as on how we can set permalinks, etc.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we already mentioned we did not have any in-house developers on board and that is why we hired Designs Raptor. Their team worked very professionally and adequately.
