What impressed me most was the breadth of Design Forward's expertise. Tanya and her team can tackle information architecture and usability testing with the same care they bring to custom illustrations and holiday campaign artwork. Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Forward could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be more flexible pricing for agency partners. As a small agency, we need room to incorporate outside design services into our client budgets while maintaining a reasonable margin. An agency rate or volume-based pricing option would make it easier for us to bring Design Forward into more projects.
