We started from scratch, and Steve has been instrumental in organizing and implementing a 4 phase strategy. 

Everything has been as advertised, and tasks have been completed on time as soon as possible. They are also attentive to my needs and answer all questions. We have built a partnership bond that will last a long time and help in the future with maintenance and other business needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are going live with the ecommerce store soon. There is still a lot of work ahead.

We worked on the Logo first and the graphics for the business cards. We have had many calls to align what the needs are for the website, and we are moving at a good pace.

As I mentioned, the project has been well-defined and on track. My needs have all been met promptly.
