Since we, as an agency, had initially designed our website ourselves, we wanted a strong partner who would scrutinize it again and make it better. And then to implement everything perfectly with their adaptations. It was extremely important to us that the implementation worked perfectly and flawlessly.

The greatest success is when we ourselves are satisfied. As agency owners, we are confronted with the latest design trends on a daily basis and know what is good and what is not. Normally, I am used to having hurdles in a web project. Especially when you have feedback as a customer, or something hasn't yet been implemented the way you want it to be. With previous partners, I only ever heard "that won't work" or "it will cost more." This was never the case with Depo Studio. And that impressed me. We will definitely implement further projects with Depo Studio. The guys are real doers.

I am a very honest person. And I always give criticism openly and honestly. But without wanting to sugarcoat it, I couldn't say anything that could have been done better. Depo Studio did an excellent job.

We earned design recognition for the website from Awwwards, CSS Design Awards and others, along with positive praise for the quality of the website.

They assigned a project manager who used Notion to communicate timelines, estimates, etc. and my team used Google Docs for providing design and QA feedback. The project ended up taking a few weeks longer to complete, and there were a few bugs that we handled after the hand-off of the project. Overall, Depo was responsive and gave us quotes whenever something was out-of-scope.

To kick off the project, we had an initial meeting to discuss my expectations, goals, and any potential challenges, and to agree on the scope of work. After receiving a quote, I began working with the project manager and Den, the founder and CEO, as my primary contacts.

The first step was to conduct UX and UI research, including an analysis of websites in the industry. We then created a sitemap and clickable wireframes to establish the website's structure. We proceeded by developing two design concepts in animation to help us choose a visual direction and agree on micro-interactions, transitions, and other design details.

Once we made a decision, Depo's team created a static design for all pages in Figma, including tablet and mobile adaptations. During this phase, we had several discussions to ensure that we selected the best options and maintained a minimalistic design in line with our brand aesthetics. Finally, we developed the website using WordPress.

Then we had a Webflow development stage. I had a few edits on this stage but it was fixed really quickly and I was really satisfied with the work. At the end of the process, the website was transferred to our Webflow account.

At the begining of 2022 I decided to provide free consultations for refugees. That's how I realised that I need to create a simple website to present my services and coordinate people. It had to have a style that is different from my main website but at the same time has some common points.

I know that Depo has a team of about 6 professionals. I worked with manager Anna, she's a great professional and she was my point of contact. Plus on some meetings I met Den — Web designer and Stas — Webflow Developer.

The team conducted the full cycle of the website creation starting from the selection of the style and ending up with the development. First of all we discussed tons of references. Then they created a design and after that they developed the website. The whole process took about 1 month because I wanted a really somple website and I was in a rush (I wanted to launch the refugees support asap).

I was impressed with the speed and quality of work. Previously I was working on my main website with another team and I know how the process looks like. But when I started working with Depo guys I realised how great the process can be. They definitelly raised my standards.

We started with the briefing and thanks to that we defined the visual direction. Then guys created mood board on the bases of my preferences. It covered all possible options for the future website along with colors, typography and animations. I admired their empathy and ability to catch up with all my expectations.

The next step covered the creation of design concepts. It was the most challenging part because we had long discussions to ,ake sure that at the end of the day ot looks stunning. After that the team created a perfect design that reflects my creativity and personality in just 3 weeks! That's crazy!!!

The last step was for the Webflow development. Thanks to that the website is so smooth and attractive. Their dev skills deserve special kudos.
