This is our company pressing to move more quickly than we really had time for.

Customer Liaison, Machete Specialists

**The Review** — Feb 8, 2023

**Feedback Summary**: With the launch of the website, the client has seen a 330% increase in traffic and a 400% growth in sales. Delta Systems Group's (formerly Elevato's) work has received positive remarks. Using email, Teamwork, and in-person meetings, they communicate regularly. They quickly understand their customers' struggles.
""They definitely treat us like co-workers and not customers.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.I'm the buyer and customer liaison for an online agricultural tool company. We well machetes online to landscapers, surveyors, fish processors, farm crop picking crews, outdoor enthusiasts, collectors, and more.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Elevato, and what were your goals? Our website was on the Yahoo Stores platform and wasn't serving our needs anymore. We engaged their team to be our in-house developers to design and build out a WooCommerce site for us. The plan was to improve our site's e-commerce functionality and flexibility and then work to continue to increase our traffic over the next several months and years.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? After speaking with several members of their team, it became obvious that they were going to be a great fit. They had built out several ecommerce sites that had exploded in popularity.Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.We were given a generalized proposal for work at first. Once we approved that, we got some wireframes of what the site might look like. We wanted something that was easy to search but looked like a "normal" ecommerce site. Then we approved that and then the real theme/design was shown to us. We made a few tweaks and then they went and built the website out. They used Wordpress and woocommerce. The site was so much better than the old Yahoo store. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? We worked with a project manager and 2 developers. There was a graphics guy at the beginning but he didnt work on the woocommerce stuff.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? After launching our site, we saw a 330% increase in traffic. Our sales grew by 4x. Many people left comments about how they liked the new site epsecially the search by brand and blade length. The SEO team really knocked it out of the park. Using moz.com they showed us how we ranked #1 for many many words and phrases - way more than we were expecting.Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. They communicated with us via email and teamwork and in-person meetings mainly. Sometimes they were a bit slow to respond, but they were in a busy season. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They understood our pain and our daily work. We didnt have to explain to them what an ecommerce store was or why it was important to be on the first page of Google. They were way more than a team that just makes pretty websites. Their knowledge went deep! As we grew, they were able to tie our system to other systems that helped order fulfillment. Huge savings in time and manpower. They definitely treat us like co-workers and not customers. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? The transition from the old site to the new one could have gone smoother. But that may have been an issue with Yahoo. Selling machetes is not easy. Sometimes Google would stop all our ads because we were "selling a weapon" and getting that fixed took longer than anybody wanted.

**The Review** — Apr 28, 2023

**Feedback Summary**: The client has been impressed with Delta System Group's (formerly Elevato’s) quick turnaround time, knowledge, and quality work. The team has ensured the new site transitions smoothly, and they’ve managed the project effectively via Slack, emails, and Google Meet. Overall, the team is hardworking and good at providing results.
"“They’ve made great recommendations, and we’re seeing excellent results. We’ve regained some of the performance we lost.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the VP of global marketing for a video telematics provider.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Elevato? We had a few challenges, but we initially were looking for an agency to help us with our website redesign; we had an existing website that needed a complete revamp. We were also in bad shape with our Google Ads account because we had a negative experience with another service provider.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? We initially worked with Elevato to develop the site map and the ideal UX design. They also helped us line up our goals and what we wanted to achieve with our website. Elevato mapped it all out from design to development, and we saw how we could increase conversions and traffic.Ultimately, we onboarded Elevato to support us with our PPC campaigns and SEO. When we started, they put all hands on deck to clean up the things that weren’t working well and get us back to a baseline. They’ve ensured that the website is built with SEO in mind and worked on keyword research. Elevato has given us recommendations based on their findings to align us with our goals and incorporate those strategies into our landing pages.Additionally, we’ve talked about using their services for LinkedIn, but we haven’t kicked off those campaigns. We still have to get our PPC and Google Ads straight before we venture into other platforms, so we’ll explore that when the time comes. What is the team composition? We have two key contact people, a website designer, a developer, an SEO specialist, a writer, and two people on the PPC side. How did you come to work with Elevato?Several years ago, I worked with a company that Elevato acquired. When I reached out to my contact person, they explained the situation to me. I always had great luck with the previous company, so I gave them a try. We had other mutual connections, so it really worked out. In the end, we established a great relationship off the bat; we quickly built trust and credibility, which is always had when working with a new agency. What is the status of this engagement? We started working with them in February 2023, and our relationship is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We still have a lot of work to do; our website launched last week, so our ongoing SEO will include more of the content strategy. Elevato has worked really hard to correct the issues we had with our Google Ads account. They’ve made great recommendations, and we’re seeing excellent results. We’ve regained some of the performance we lost with the other agency, so we’re on a good track to scale up. We weren’t in that position before, and now it’s just a matter of optimizing and continuing to get the most out of our PPC.How did Elevato perform from a project management standpoint? We have an account and a dedicated project manager to keep us on track. During the website revamp, we got weekly reports to see the work that was done and how much was left in the project, so it was a smooth process. Elevato always communicated where they were and what challenges they faced. We primarily use Slack and emails for communication. Depending on the project, we meet once or twice a week via Google Meet. Additionally, Elevato has given us access to their project management tool, but we don’t really use it because it’s easier to community through Slack. What did you find most impressive about them?We had a tight turnaround for the website; it had to be done in 45 days, so we were impressed with the process and workflow. Moreover, the website turned out amazing. Usually, there’s a dip in traffic when you move to a new website, but we haven’t experienced that. Elevato did everything right to have that smooth transition and maintain our rankings. Are there any areas they could improve?Maybe they could communicate more. I think over-communication is better than under-communication, so my expectations are pretty high. However, I don’t feel we’re left hanging.

**The Review** — Feb 21, 2023

**Feedback Summary**: The campaign tracking dashboard was launched on time with the event. Delta Systems Group (formerly Elevato) was deeply involved in the campaign, addressing issues with the product quickly. They were nimble and managed the project well. The team used Basecamp to communicate efficiently and ensure everyone was on the same page.
""We had a great experience with them throughout the project.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there. When I worked with Elevato, I was the director of special projects for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce in Columbia, Missouri.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Elevato, and what were your goals? We were seeking a more streamlined approach to managing an annual multi-faceted annual fundraising campaign. We needed a way to manage the 100+ volunteers participating in the campaign, track the volunteers' reward incentives, track the dollars the volunteers' raised and an easy-to-read dashboard for all participating in the campaign.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?I had worked with Steve for many years on various small IT solutions in our office. When the chamber started this campaign project, we were working from an Excel spreadsheet that would frequently crash.I knew we needed something more robust, accessible and scalable. I would often ask Steve, "Is it possible to do X,Y,Z?" Steve would always answer, "Anything is possible." He helped me walk through what we needed and even offered suggestions that ultimately made it a much better, more user friendly product.Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. It's been several years now, so I'm not as familiar with the technologies used - other than it is a web-based platform. We worked with Steve to define the scope of work based on the structure of the Total Resource Campaign we were previously running. We talked through workflow needs, setting up volunteer access, setting up staff access, leaderboard tracking, contract creation and more.We defined timelines for the project based upon when the campaign was scheduled to launch and worked backwards. Knowing this tool could be useful to other chambers of commerce, we got some input from others running total resource campaigns. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? There were at least 4 people assisting with the project. Project manager, two developers, a designer.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? We launched the campaign at the scheduled time, including training sessions for the volunteers participating in the campaign. The first campaign ran relatively smoothly. We had good communication with the Elevato team throughout the campaign. Any issues that needed to be addressed with the software were handled quickly. Because the team was nimble, we streamlined some processes on the fly for the betterment of the program.Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.Project management went very smoothly. We used Basecamp to communicate throughout the project. Everyone working on the project knew what was needed and when. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They were totally willing to sit down and listen to what we needed rather than try and throw an out-of-the-box solution at us. They offered suggestions and questions throughout the project development that helped our team really prioritize what we needed to accomplish. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? We had a great experience with them throughout the project. I think they learned as much from us as we did from them.

**Feedback Summary**: The employment center received more enrollment inquiries through the new website. Despite the client's busy schedule, Delta Systems Group (formerly Elevato) kept the website project on track. They used Teamwork to manage files efficiently; their resources ultimately delivered a high-quality and interactive website to the client.
""Their staff were professional yet approachable and open to our ideas and suggestions.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.I am the Vice President for a not for profit employment center. We provide educational assistance, vocational courses and employment support.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Elevato, and what were your goals? Our website was created over 15 years ago and in need of updating, especially for adjusting for mobile devices and more interactive forms. with no IT employees on staff, we hired Elevato to help drive traffic engagement and increase program enrollments.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? We have a history of working with Elevato on several other major projects in the past and have always been very satisfied with their process, the people and the results.Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. After a kickoff meeting, Elevato offered a few options for design. We made our selection and began meeting weekly to determine content placement and to update text. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? For the most part, we worked directly with one team member. I think she was the account manager. Occasionally, other tech staff joined our meetings to talk through technical options.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?Unfortunately, we don't really have any data prior to our website revision to report changes. We do feel aneccdotally, that we definitely receive more inquiries for enrollment with the new website.Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness. We were busy time at our organization with several other unrelated projects at the time, and Elevato staff were very good about keeping us on track with this website project without being pushy. We mainly used the Teamwork app to share and update documents. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? The provided a high quality website that is very attractive, easy to maneuver for the user and simple for our staff to make updates. Their staff were professional yet approachable and open to our ideas and suggestions. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? Our original vision for the website included more interactive forms, which the Elevato staff were somewhat hesitant to encourage to a point, possibly since we are a not for profit and they were attempting to save us money on external services which might require a financial investment.

"''I didn't think we would've been able to get the project going without their working mechanism and commitment.''"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m a former executive at the University of Missouri.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenges were you trying to address with Elevato? We wanted to build a CMS that people could use to submit articles and information to the school of journalism’s website.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Elevato helped us build a custom software platform during my time involved in the project. They customized it by adding functionalities and designing its UI according to our requests. The most challenging task was moving from department to department within the university's structure and securing clearances to keep going forward; that was the most time-consuming part. In addition, they helped us migrate our existing web platform into WordPress, which was a big job because we had tens of thousands of articles we wanted to put into our new site. What was the team composition? I worked with around ten members of Elevato's team. How did you come to work with Elevato? We evaluated several companies that went through a bidding process for our projects, and Elevato offered a very good price, which fitted our possibilities. What is the status of this engagement? I worked with them from January 2012–January 2021. When I retired from the university, they were still working together.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? While I was involved in the project, we saw an increase in our website's traffic and Google rankings, among other search engines. How did Elevato perform from a project management standpoint? In my experience, Elevato did a great job in communication, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget. In addition, they had an organized team, and everyone knew their role, which enabled us to contact any member directly depending on our needs. Overall, I didn't think we would've been able to get the project going without their working mechanism and commitment.Regarding tools and communication, we used email and a platform that helped us speed up the process and receive notifications whenever there was an issue so they could fix it immediately. What did you find most impressive about them?Elevato's agility and ability to deliver everything quickly were their best attributes.Do you have any advice for potential customers?Try to get the most out of their transparency; they were great at explaining things to our non-technical staff and communicating with our departments.

**Feedback Summary**: Delta System Group's (formerly Elevato’s) efforts have facilitated an improvement in the client’s website rankings and an increase in monthly leads. The team has gone above and beyond to address ad-hoc issues efficiently and effectively. They communicate via email and Slack and meet monthly via Zoom.
"“Working with a partner who stays on top of things has been nice.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the Chief Communications Officer of The Callaway Bank. I oversee all aspects of our digital marketing, product development, and customer service initiatives, including our website and promotional advertising.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Elevato? We initially engaged Elevato to redevelop our website to update its look, feel, and ease of navigation. We also needed them to help us with content management so that our marketing team could regularly update the website themselves.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Elevato has supported many of our projects over the years, but we kicked off the partnership with the website development project. We had an existing website, but they essentially built us a new website from scratch using WordPress. They handled everything from design to development, including rewriting the content, creating new graphics, and customizing the code to change the site’s navigation style.Elevato continues to host our website via Amazon and ensures it’s protected from a technical and cybersecurity standpoint. Now, they help manage our SEO rankings and digital marketing efforts. They’ve improved our citations, written content, and built backlinks. Additionally, they manage our Google Business listing and monitor our blog mentions to ensure the links and contact information are correct. The team has also helped us implement Facebook Ads and paid advertising on other online platforms. Furthermore, they’ve created landing pages to generate more leads and worked on our page-loading speed to improve SEO. The team has also audited our website and restructured it to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) international standard. What is the team composition? The team varies depending on the project, but we worked with three teammates on website development, including an account manager and technical network expert for our website management needs. How did you come to work with Elevato?I found Elevato through a recommendation from another company. How much have you invested with them? We’ve spent over $150,000 in total. What is the status of this engagement? We’ve been working with Elevato since August 2017; the partnership is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? I’m really happy with the results. We’ve seen improvement in our website rankings, especially in our monthly leads. We’ve also seen an increase in paid rankings for most of our products. We rank first in our market for some products, which is nice because we’re a small business. Elevato continuously monitors our rankings to adhere to Google’s changing algorithm; working with a partner who stays on top of things has been nice. How did Elevato perform from a project management standpoint? The Elevato team has done a fairly good job managing projects. We have ongoing budget discussions, and they’ve never gone over budget without our consent. We communicate via email and Slack and meet monthly via Zoom. What did you find most impressive about them?Their responsiveness distinguishes them from other vendors we’ve worked with. Any time we need something, they address our needs appropriately or bring in extra resources, which is nice. If something isn’t working correctly, or we’re not getting the results we desire, they bend over backward to address the issue. For example, we faced a complication with our digital banking site where we needed support with backend programming. Unfortunately, the timing coincided with their annual employee retreat, so they were out of the office. I was able to get in touch with one of the managers to see if they could help us, and the team made themselves available to make it work within a limited time frame. Are there any areas they could improve?Over the years, we’ve worked with 2–3 points of contact, and starting over with a new representative has been challenging at times, but it’s nothing major. Do you have any advice for potential customers?I recommend spending time sharing details about your company and engaging in an upfront conversation about who you are and what you need help with. Make an effort to communicate with them instead of assuming Elevato will automatically know how to meet your needs.

**The Review** — Dec 14, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Internal stakeholders are satisfied with Delta Systems Group's (formerly Elevato’s) quality work and performance. The team has delivered on the client’s ambitious roadmap and stood out for their ability to build a genuine relationship. They communicate effectively through Zoom and Slack and use Asana to manage the project.
"“We’ve gotten to a space where we can clearly articulate what we need and know they’ll do their best to make it happen.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the COO of an evaluation consulting firm that works with technical vendors to develop software tools to help with data collection for various health clients.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Elevato? We needed help with mobile and web development.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Elevato is our software developer for a mobile application and web-based database that takes in electronic health record information and survey data from clients and patients in clinics to combine it into exports we can analyze. The mobile app allows us to identify a patient based on a list queried from the database. Then, we can issue a new survey that can be locked via pin code on the device, so it essentially works as a group hierarchy. Each clinic has its specific group and can only access the information for their clinic; they can pull from there by querying the patients on their list. When they select a patient, they select which survey to deploy. Once they start deploying the survey, it locks the device from accessing any other database information or queries so they can hand the device over to the student sitting in front of them.We continue working with Elevato to fix bugs. At some point, we’ll look at the progress on the roadmap to create the next optimized plan. Right now, we’re just ensuring the tools work as intended with the mobile software and the web database. What is the team composition?Justin (CIO) has been our main point of contact since before the acquisition. We’ve also worked with a data scientist, engineers, and a project manager. How did you come to work with Elevato? They were a referral; their headquarters were in the same city as ours. When they were acquired by Elevato, we continued our contract with them. How much have you invested with them?We spent $300,000 last year. What is the status of this engagement? We’ve worked with them since January 2019; it’s been a long engagement.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We’ve looked at the app’s functionality in general. The initial development took a long time, and the web-based database was launched in 2021. In 2022, we focused on maintaining the platform and ensuring we found all the bugs and glitches. Overall, Elevato has been able to deliver on our ambitious roadmap, even though we need to work on defining our expectations and needs. How did Elevato perform from a project management standpoint? They meet deadlines and stay within the budget for the most part. Our budget is higher than anticipated, but we just want to deliver a good product. We do weekly meetings on Zoom, communicate on Slack, and share Asana. Since we started working in Asana, Elevato has been significantly more responsive, and the work has been more well-defined. Whenever we tag Justin, we know we’ll get a direct response within the same day, if not within the next hour. Overall, they take care of us and are committed to making us feel heard. What did you find most impressive about them? The relationship we have with them is outstanding. It’s taken a long time to build, but we’ve gotten to a space where we can clearly articulate what we need and know they’ll do their best to make it happen. Are there any areas they could improve? It would’ve been helpful to make a distinction between what was possible and what was actually feasible when we onboarded. There was some space in earlier conversations where we asked if we could do some things, and they answered it was possible. However, there wasn’t a lot of guidance on what they’d really recommend.Do you have any advice for potential customers? My biggest advice is to make sure you have someone internally to be the point of contact. Having a point of contact to manage expectations and details to work will help bump priorities and make the relationship smooth.

**The Review** — Dec 8, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Delta Systems Group (formerly Elevato) delivered a clean, user-friendly website with a well-designed frontend. The website received overwhelmingly positive feedback from other trade unions who were excited about the possibility of being featured. They were transparent partners who implemented the client’s feedback promptly.
"“They orchestrated fabulous solutions.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m a former website development consultant for Mayo Enterprises.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Elevato? We engaged Elevato to create a website design that enables trade unions to advertise apprenticeship positions. Our primary goals were to target highly qualified individuals for these positions and minimize the number of questions people called in with. We also wanted to advertise these positions to a wider audience.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?I worked as the liaison between the nonprofit and Elevato, so I was responsible for taking the end client’s requirements and communicating them to the team. After interviewing members of the apprenticeship program from each trade union, I compiled their goals and created a presentation showing a brief overview of the site architecture and flow. Then, Elevato created the website using custom code, which is now open to the public. They were also responsible for the front- and backend design and the website’s backend is hosted on AWS. The website has three levels of architecture. The primary level is a general level that provides descriptions of each apprenticeship, while the secondary level outlines the details of each trade. The trades include bricklaying, electrical work, sheet metal forming, and others. Each apprenticeship program has different processes, geographic boundaries, qualifications, and pay levels. When users are interested in a particular trade, they can navigate to our site to figure out the application process. The team also created a feature that enables users to submit their addresses, where the site automatically redirects them to the correct union page. They did this by digitizing a combination of printed maps and putting them in a database. Elevato has also helped with website maintenance and hosting. What is the team composition? We worked with a project manager and individual developers who worked on the frontend design, backend coding, and graphic design. How did you come to work with Elevato?I had worked with them on multiple projects when they were under a different company name. They demonstrated expertise in decision-making algorithms that take data and display different results, which was important for this project. How much have you invested with them?We invested $30,000 with Elevato. What is the status of this engagement? We worked together from July–December 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Elevato met my expectations for the website perfectly and did an excellent job with the back-and frontend design and development. The frontend is beautiful and looks fabulous on mobile, far better than the initial drawings I supplied. They did a bang-up job, and we received a lot of compliments regarding the website’s ease of use and straightforward navigation. We showcased the website at a conference and received several dozen business cards from other unions who wanted to be featured on the site. When we presented to the unions, we thought they'd be all excited about the amount of information and content on the site, but they were most thrilled about the map and address feature because it directed users to the correct unions, which decreased call volume. We anticipate that the project will receive additional funding as a result of the excitement. Prior to engaging Elevato, the system to apply for trade union apprenticeships was arcane, convoluted, and manual. Those interested in apprenticeship programs would have to frequent the trade union’s office in person to speak with a representative. Now, we’ve been able to open up apprenticeship opportunities online and mirror a similar process similar to online job applications. How did Elevato perform from a project management standpoint?Elevato worked diligently to accomplish tasks before each deadline. They were clear communicators, and we went through minimal revisions. I handled the QA process, and any issues I found were very minor technical glitches. I sent them a list of fixes that they executed quickly. They were responsive to my input, and I really valued their degree of honesty and transparency. We communicated via email and Zoom. What did you find most impressive about them?Elevato has an impressive ability to take complicated data from various sources and figure out how to execute it with code. They orchestrated fabulous solutions. For example, they found a way to create a map with more specific pins than just a general zip code. They created several algorithms and probability functions to plot pins on more specific spots of a map to show users how close they were to a certain job and which public transit routes could take them there. Are there any areas they could improve? There were stretches of time when they didn’t respond to my emails for a couple of days due to being out of the office, so I recommend they add a backup person to respond to emails and provide status updates. Do you have any advice for potential customers?Elevato is a very sophisticated firm, so if you’re looking for the cheapest option possible, they’re not going to be a good fit. I encourage you to engage them for more complex jobs.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? We gave them documentation to start with regarding the general language and systems. Technologies being used on the project were Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL. We spoke on the phone later and decided to move forward with the project. How much have you invested with them? We’ve invested around $80,000. What is the status of this engagement? We started working together in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

There have been a  few minor issues along the way, but that was to be expected. We’ve been able to work through them, and Entrision has come up with great solutions. We use Google Meet and email for communication. What did you find most impressive about them? They have strong communication skills, and they’ve been reliable. They’ve been a good agency to work with. Are there any areas they could improve? There’s nothing that we can come up with at this point.

**Feedback Summary**: Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) efficiently supplied product deliverables and consistently met deadlines. They are communicative partners and experts in the mobile software development space. They communicate via Teams and manage the project in Jira.
"“Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) has met each deadline, and they’re very well versed in mobile app development.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I am an IT project manager for an electrical construction company. We are nationwide and specialize in large-scale projects such as data centers and hospitals. I support the business technology department. We develop software applications to help achieve business goals.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We needed help to develop a custom application for employees to use. We wanted the app to disseminate company information such as news items and include features such as time off requests. We also wanted Entrision to help train our graphic designer on specific tools and methods they use to increase our design proficiency.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Entrision developed a mobile app for us from the ground up, and it’s compatible with iOS and Android. We had a solid idea of how we wanted the site to look and function and communicated our needs to Entrision. We provided them with our initial click-throughs and requirements documentation, and they reviewed them. They worked with our graphic designer to create a series of mock-ups for the application design. Their mobile software developers mainly focused on UI development, and our internal developers worked on the backend. They used Figma and taught our graphic designer how to use the tool effectively. They also provided us with consulting services for general mobile app deployment. Mobile apps are not our competency, so we met with their Android and Apple experts, who instructed us on how to deploy the application. What is the team composition? We work with a graphic designer, the owner, two mobile software developers, and a project manager who facilitates communication. How did you come to work with Entrision? My manager knew we needed mobile app expertise because it’s not our strongest competency, so he sent out an RFP. Entrision responded to the RFP, and we interviewed them and moved forward with the partnership. How much have you invested with them?We have invested roughly $120,000 in the engagement. What is the status of this engagement? We began working together in April 2022, and the project end date is set for August 2022.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We measure success by the percentage of stories brought to completion within any given sprint and whether we are hitting our release dates. Entrision has met each deadline, and they’re very well versed in mobile app development. How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? We wasted some time at the beginning of the project, but once Entrision started working, they produced deliverables immediately. We held daily stand-up meetings and had sprints, sprint reviews, demos, and planning meetings. They meet deadlines and stay within budget. Their communication has been very effective. We have a recurring meeting with the owner to review progress; he always implements my suggestions. We use Jira to manage the project and communicate via Teams. What did you find most impressive about them?I’ve been impressed with their communication. Having such constant and reliable contact at the owner level has been excellent. Are there any areas they could improve?I have nothing they could improve on. Do you have any advice for potential customers?I recommend engaging Entrision when you’re ready to start the project. We brought them on before we were prepared and wasted some time as a result.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We needed some work done on the backend of our website. We needed a company that could do customized programming to rectify and make a few improvements in our backend technology.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? We started the engagement with an initial phone call with Entrision, wherein we went over the programming tasks that we needed them to do on the backend of our platform, which is a web-based application written in Ruby on Rails.Entrision then started implementing improvements and additional features to our platform. They also offered a lot of help with server migration and database integration and upgrade. **The Review** — Dec 9, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The company was happy with Delta Systems' (formerly Entrision) work and competence. They fixed bugs and redeveloped the platform’s features in the proper way. Their project management was also great, following the client’s unique management style. Their communication was superb, and they quickly understood the business.
"“Once they understood our needs, they flew with it — that impressed me the most.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I was the CTO of a mid-sized health insurance intermediary.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? Our company had a platform that was built by 4–5 developers over the years. As a result, it was poorly architected and had quite a few bugs. As our business processes change, we needed a team to update the app to work with our changing requirements. To elaborate, we previously hired a different team, and our teams were trying to migrate the software to the Salesforce platform. It was a mess: we weren’t utilizing many technologies well, and only one person out of 100 people knew what the platform did. Even that person only knew the platform from a business perspective; she was frequently wrong about its functionality. Given that, we hired Entrision to serve as both our architect and developer with a high level of competency.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Entrision updated our platform using Ruby on Rails. They worked with minimal documentation, and the code was an absolute wreck at that time — I didn’t envy the job they had to do. In terms of functionality, the platform could help insurers fill out the right paperwork for them to get licensed and become our ready-to-sell agents. The platform would also check whether the insurer had the right licenses. It automated these processes, and our team simply needed to ask insurers to provide their national provider number. The system would automatically determine whether or not the insurer qualified for our program. What is the team composition? We worked with Derek (Founder) and a project manager. Derek served as our main point of contact. How did you come to work with Entrision?I had a list of companies that might fit the bill in terms of the code we needed, and I contacted each of them. When I contacted Entrision, the experience was so seamless. Their website had a chatbot that instantly brought me to a sales representative, who took my call right then and there. That representative also talked with a high level of confidence around the problems we had, what it might take to resolve them, and what our next steps would be. Within 15 minutes, we determined exactly what we’d do. That experience spoke to me. The efficiency configured within their business processes ultimately sold me to the partnership; it proved to me that they knew what they were doing, so I hired them. How much have you invested with them?We invested over $10,000–$20,000. What is the status of this engagement? We started the project in March 2021, and I left the company in September 2021. As far as I know, their engagement with my previous company is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? The developer from Entrision was highly competent. He sat down with me, and we spent a good chunk of time talking through the code and discussing its functionality. In the end, he was able to correct the platform’s features and fix bugs. How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? For project management, I asked Entrision to operate in a unique way and I was thankful they accommodated it. We spent 15 hours a week sitting and discussing our time constraints, the bugs we needed to fix, and what we could do to fix them. Their project manager worked closely with me to ensure the project kept going and that the developer was doing a solid job. Moreover, the project manager ensured that we stayed on budget, determining whether or not we needed more resources to accomplish our goals. From that perspective, the Entrision team was phenomenal. To communicate, we used Google Hangouts, emails, phone calls, and texts. What did you find most impressive about them?Their competence and communication were the best part of working with Entrision. I had to explain myself to other developers and architects 2–3 times on average. By contrast, I only had to explain myself once to Entrision. Once they understood our needs, they flew with it — that impressed me the most. Are there any areas they could improve? There might have been a billing error at one point. However, to be fair, I couldn’t even remember what it was about. Do you have any advice for potential customers?Let Entrision lead a little bit. They’re a team that can lead the conversations and designs to better alternatives. In other words, they’re good from a true consulting perspective; they’re not just developers, and that’s why I recommend them.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We were trying to develop a faster, more reliable solution for customers to communicate with law enforcement sources.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? We’ve built a communication software solution from scratch. We brought in Entrision to develop the messaging, onboarding, and billing systems. They’ve used Angular, Firebase, Node.js, Lookback, SerialTree,  MQTT, and .NET.We do our hosting with AWS.What is the team composition?I believe five people are involved: a web developer, a project manager, two app developers, and an architect. How did you come to work with Entrision? We had a significant bug that we couldn’t fix. **Feedback Summary**: The app, which is undergoing testing, was commended by the client for its accuracy in fulfilling their vision. Delta Systems' (formerly Entrision) incredible skill and generosity allowed them to provide valuable input. They remained flexible and patient throughout the project despite a few deviations in the timeline.
""We appreciated how easy and convenient it was to work with Delta Systems (formerly Entrision)""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there. We are primarily a fuel wholesaler, which was what the app was for. We also sell petroleum products, and we own retail gas stations. I am the software architect here, and I primarily focus on our website development and general IT work.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We wanted to develop an easy-to-use app for our customers to be able to place orders.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Entrision built us an app for Android and iOS. They started with a blank slate and completed the whole process. To give them an idea of our vision, we first presented the team with some screens and templates to show them how we wanted it to look. They then set up the wireframes. Eventually, they were ready to jump into the actual development process. We initially ran into some hurdles because we were using an IBM database, which wasn’t the most common. The team had to find a workaround to get our database connected, but they managed to set it all up for us. They also built an API along with the mobile app. Once they finished the app, Entrision handed over all the code and ownership to us. The project is complete, but we still reach out to the team for support. The internal testing process isn’t finished yet, so we haven’t pushed it out to our customers yet. The main functionality of the app is the ordering process. After ordering, our customers can also view invoices and track their order status. What is the team composition?Initially, we only worked with Joan (Software Developer), and then we started working with two developers. Throughout the rest of the process, we only interacted with the developers. How did you come to work with Entrision? We put out a job notice on a website, and they responded to it. There were four other development firms who we talked to, but Entrision stood out. How much have you invested with them?We spent $54,000.What is the status of this engagement? We worked together from December 2019–May 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? The app was great. Entrision was highly knowledgeable about app development. Whenever we had any questions, they gave their expert suggestions without being pushy. They always left it up to us to decide what direction we wanted to go in, so the app was how we wanted it.How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint?Entrision was a very flexible team, especially in terms of timelines. We had to put things on hold because of issues on our side, and they never pushed us to continue. Instead, they remained patient and understanding, keeping themselves readily available. They were also easy to communicate with and were quick to respond. Our communication was mainly through Slack, but we also had regular meetings on Google Meets for updates and issues we needed to with through. We shared screens a lot because they had to walk us through some things. What did you find most impressive about them?Their expertise was invaluable. The team always gave us genuine feedback and was transparent throughout. We appreciated how easy and convenient it was to work with Entrision. Are there any areas they could improve?I can’t think of anything they could’ve done differently.Do you have any advice for potential customers?I recommend Entrision; they were great to work with.

**Feedback Summary**: Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) proved capable of delivering a complex, multi-feature site on time and under budget. They excelled at project management by leading a thorough scoping phase and then using a Gantt chart format. Customers can expect an organized partner who will deliver to spec.
"“They did a terrific job of working with us to get everything scoped to a very specific level.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m an executive of State Affairs, which is a media outlet that does journalism covering the state houses of each state.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We needed to build a frontend site so that consumers could log in, subscribe, and read content that they found interesting; it would be a newsfeed format. Then, we also needed to build a backend CMS for journalists to create, edit, and publish content.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Entrision built everything from the ground up. On the consumer version of the site, they built the backend architecture and then the actual UX. They helped build out the algorithm for what populates the newsfeed. The team put all of that into a data architecture that we can run analytics on and update as time goes by. They built in a testing component where we can A/B test different site features and functionalities to understand what consumers like the most.On the backend of the site, they developed a content creation system. Beyond that, they created functionality that enables us to manage an editorial process with a fully remote newsroom. For instance, we can take an article in draft form, do multiple versions of edits from different user levels (a journalist and multiple editors at multiple different locations and with different permissions), get the piece approved, and then live on the site. They built the data architecture that we can create analytics off of. This allows us to see what type of content works and understand different correlations between the type of content and links, how consumers are engaging with content and the likelihood of them finishing the article, and so on. What is the team composition?I worked directly with the two co-owners of Entrision. How did you come to work with Entrision? Our head brand designer had worked with them before and spoke highly of their ability to scope things out and deliver on time and budget. That’s very difficult to find in the engineering space. How much have you invested with them?We scoped it out at $90,000, but they ended up doing it for $72,000.What is the status of this engagement? We started the project in July 2020, and they fully delivered the work by November 2020. The goal was to get the project done in less than four months, which they did. We have built out additional scopes with them since then.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Our satisfaction was based on whether they could build what we wanted to spec, on budget, and on time, and the answer was yes to all of those. Ultimately, that’s why we decided to move forward with additional scopes. We haven't actually gone live with the site yet; we're still hiring a bunch of journalists to populate it, and they're creating content. We’ve been able to recruit multi-decade experienced journalists largely because of the site — they have seen that it functions, and they’re excited to put their product on it. The site will go live in the next two months. How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? They did terrific on project management. To communicate, we used email and also had a standing weekly meeting. I believe they used project management tools internally. They also used a Gantt chart format, which we loved. What did you find most impressive about them? The thing I liked about the collaboration with Entrision was their organization. We spent about 4–6 weeks building out a very detailed scope between our design and UX team and their development team — and that was worth it. We didn’t pay for that, but it gave us a very clear understanding of what was going to be built by the time we began putting time and money into actually developing it.Over the years, I’ve found that developers often just jump into the project, and then things take much longer and go over budget because nobody had a full understanding of what was going to get built. They did a terrific job of working with us to get everything scoped to a very specific level. That’s how they got everything done on time and under budget. Are there any areas they could improve? No, I can't really think of anything. The scoping could have possibly gone a little bit faster, but we came out on time and under budget because we did that. Scoping was tedious, but it was the right thing to do.Any advice for potential customers?Be patient while scoping is happening, and believe in that process.

**Feedback Summary**: Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) delivered a well-built app that met the client’s expectations. They handled an amicable engagement with proactive troubleshooting. The partner is happy with how easy it was to work with them and how communicative they were.
"‘‘They were very responsive whenever we had an issue, even on things they didn’t primarily work on.’’"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the head of production of a video production platform. Our product is a web application with iOS software pairing. The entire purpose of our application is to create a video production and then be able to send briefs to people in the field who have an iOS device. After that, enable them to capture video footage that is then moderated and downloaded to the web platform.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We needed an iOS developer, specifically with AVI foundation in the iOS camera.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? There were several scopes throughout the project. At first, we wanted them to work on camera updates for the iOS camera app that we have, and the main goals were getting that app as next-gen as possible, working on a couple of things that we worked on with previous developers, and getting rid of some bugs in the app. Entrision’s team mainly added a zoom wheel, the ability to record with different zoom frames, and a couple of onboarding and sign-up screens. They provided those efforts using technology like Swift, AVFoundation, and a few other iOS libraries. They essentially enhanced some features and built some screens from scratch. What is the team composition?Derrick (Founder) was our main point of contact, but we also worked with Brian (Lead iOS developer). How did you come to work with Entrision? We used Clutch and a couple of different sourcing platforms to try and figure out who could be the best fit for us. We narrowed down the options, and we went with Entrision because they had the most experience and foundation. How much have you invested with them?We spent around $50,000 with them. What is the status of this engagement? We worked together from July 2020–May 2021. We went with another partner because we needed to keep the velocity of the project going. We wanted someone who could do a lot more work with an almost full-time engagement rather than a part-time partnership.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? In the QA stage, it’s easy to find edge cases or issues that get in the way of having a solid product before releasing it. With that being said, we measured the success with how well the app was built, how much extra work was required in the QA stage, and how long it took the app to release. How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? They were great; we used a project planning software called Jira for everything regarding technological progress and lines of codes. What we did was that we scoped out the sprint that we were about to do and break those down into individual Jira tickets. After it, we pushed that through the development cycle once we got done with the design and all of our requirements. In terms of day-to-day communication, we used Slack, emails, and Zoom meetings with Brian and Derrick. They were very responsive whenever we had an issue, even on things they didn’t primarily work on.What did you find most impressive about them?Entrision handled an amicable relationship and they were easy to work with. There was an occasion where we had a bug with our deep linking system, and they were able to go in and help us out on a day off, even when they didn’t even touch our deep linking system before — that was the main benefit of the working relationship we had with them, which was very nice. Are there any areas they could improve?Entrision can improve on defining the scope of the timeline. Stating when something’s getting done with the turnaround time for it would be helpful for sure.Any advice for potential customers?Define the timelines, make frequent check-ins, and provide detailed tickets to them as you’d do with any other working relationship with a developer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We’re a pretty small company, so they’ve been super helpful in answering any questions we have along the way. They’ve been able to get everything done in a timely manner. Outside of testing, there have been very few bugs. When issues with the app pop up, they get right on it.  How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint?I speak with their team almost daily through Skype, which has been helpful in our remote partnership. They’re both very responsive to tasks. If they’re unsure of something, they ask good questions. I always know that they’re making progress. What did you find most impressive about them? They’re great at communication. Are there any areas they could improve? We’re working together to be more accurate with timeline estimates. As the project manager, I’ll be able to help reel that in.

"“They’re able to evolve ideas into something that’s best for my company.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the CEO of a medical real estate firm.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We hired them to create a mobile app for us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? The key deliverable was to create a mobile app where users could create agreements with other users in a social network environment. I believe they used Ruby on Rails to create the iOS app. What is the team composition? We worked with two people. How did you come to work with Entrision?I believe they came recommended to me.How much have you invested with them? We’ve spent around $50,000.What is the status of this engagement? Our partnership began in 2017. They still provide support on some minor ongoing web projects.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**

The platform was user-friendly, and none of the code was broken. They delivered everything we asked for.How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? They were on time, accountable, and transparent. We talked on the phone and they also used project management software. What did you find most impressive about them? They’re distinguished by their ability to take my vision and advise for or against that idea, based on whether it’s the most efficient way to do something. They don’t just do what I ask, but they’re able to evolve ideas into something that’s best for my company. Are there any areas they could improve? No, not really. They’re a small shop so their resources are sometimes limited. I don’t hold them at fault for that.Do you have any advice for potential customers?Think through the project from beginning to end as best you can. Make it clear that you’re open to their ideas since their input will help you.

**The Review** — Jun 24, 2019

**Feedback Summary**: Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) performed numerous tests with internal and external users, showing positive results due to the app’s satisfying performance. The team’s transparency ensures deadlines are met without unnecessary oversight. Responsive and technically proficient, they remain a valuable partner.
""Unlike some of their competitors, they’re not afraid to dive into new technologies and projects.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the CEO of Smart Scale Co.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We needed someone to develop an integrated iOS app for our first-to-market product—a digital scale and smart container called “Stashaweigh.” The device allows medical cannabis patients to properly dose their medical cannabis flower. We were looking for a partner to build a connected app for our IoT scale since our device doesn't have a display or any buttons.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? The team developed a fully integrated iOS app for our IoT product. It’s not a standalone app, making it a lot harder to create, but Entrision was up to the task. From the rough examples I provided, the team designed the app to include all the necessary control, fully integrating the platform with the device’s firmware. The app can turn the scale on, display container weight, and track consumption through a history feature. They're currently working on an Android version. What is the team composition?Brian (Lead iOS Developer, Entrision) and Derek (Founder & Development Lead, Entrision) are my main points of contact, but seven developers have worked on this project as well as a graphic designer. How did you come to work with Entrision?I met Derek years ago. We've worked together on and off so when I got this idea and started this company, Entrision was my first choice. What is the status of this engagement? We began working together in June 2017, and it’s ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We’ve done a lot of testing with our team and some outside users—the app works great. I don’t have any problems with it at all; it does everything that I need it to.How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? It's easy to work with Entrision. They’re communicative and easy to contact. If there's ever a delay, the team lets me know beforehand; they never surprise me. When they give me a deadline, I know they’re going to complete it. I don’t need to constantly follow up. It’s been a joy to work with them. What did you find most impressive about them?Their technological abilities are their biggest assets. The team is always looking to improve. Unlike some of their competitors, they’re not afraid to dive into new technologies and projects. Also, they’re transparent—I know they’re going to call or email us back. They’re great to work with because of their communication. Are there any areas they could improve? It’d be great if they added a salesperson to their team so that developers could completely focus on engineering. I think that would take their team to another level.Do you have any advice for potential customers?Nail down your idea. Knowing your project will help to build a better product.

**The Review** — Oct 25, 2017

**Feedback Summary**: Onboarding rates have tripled since the new launch. New features improve interface, regardless of the user’s technical background. Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) worked well with little supervision, and took ownership of their work.
"“Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) rises to every challenge, and goes out of their way to meet quotas.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there. We provide online training in sexual abuse awareness for churches and non-profits with childcare programs. We maintain an online database with screening forms and documents. As the technical manager, I coordinate development and system fixes.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We hired a backend developer to transfer our old system to a Ruby-based database. That developer launched it before it was finished, which led to a huge crash. He then promptly disappeared. We needed someone to backtrack and fix the system.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement? They really saved us. They immediately stepped in to address all the issues we were left with. The fundamental functionality of our site was broken. We couldn’t send out training modules or add people to the system. Derek [Founder, Entrision] fixed all the bugs and helped us create new functionality. He made the system better than we intended and has contributed a lot to help our customers. He's developed a paperless document transfer option and has integrated three key applications, including Recurly, our billing system; TazWorks, a background check management system; and DocuSign. What is the team dynamic? Derek is our primary contact. In total, there were three or four people involved with security circuits, domains, or other aspects, but Derek was our point of contact. He managed his team and their priorities directly and reported back to us.How did you come to work with Entrision? Our frontend developer worked with Derek previously and recommended him.How much have you invested with them? The initial cost was close to $100,000, plus the cost of our monthly contract. What is the status of this engagement? We’ve worked together since April 2016. The core project is done, but he works with us on a weekly basis.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? We’ve tripled our onboarding rate since the new launch. We lost a lot of people when the system crashed, but we’ve gotten a lot of them back thanks to their intervention.Everybody loves the new features, and the functionality is very user-friendly. Our users span from tech-challenged to tech-savvy, and we’ve made the system work for everyone on that spectrum. How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint? They are fantastic. They rise to every challenge and go out of their way to meet quotas. What did you find most impressive about them?Derek is an honorable businessman and takes ownership of his work. He feels as responsible for our clients’ experience as we do. The estimates he gives are almost always right, and if a project goes over the quoted hours, he usually honors the estimate. He doesn’t inflate the numbers and is honest.Advice for potential customers?Tell them your expectations as clearly as possible, and trust that they will do what you ask. They don’t need constant supervision to get the job done well.

The agency is praised for their excellent work. There was no criticism for Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) and the agency is highly recommended to others.
""Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) treat the project as if it's their own. They're definitely very proud of their work.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your organization. Our company provides a subscription service for HVAC [heating, ventilation, and air conditioning] and furnace filters. We deliver the exact quality, quantity, and size of filters that a specific location needs on the day they need to be changed, essentially acting as a physical reminder to change the filters on time and removing that logistical hurdle to do it regularly. What is your position? I'm the co-founder and CEO.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What business challenge were you trying to address with Entrision? We wanted to provide our customers with a website where they could sign up, create their subscriptions, and manage their accounts. We needed a development partner to develop the full back-end and front end of that site and create a customized subscription platform for our customers to sign up on and manage their accounts. That's why we partnered with Entrision.

**SOLUTION**
Please describe the scope of their involvement in detail. When we worked with Entrision, we started with a blank canvas. Everything they built was from scratch. They built out a full customer occurring platform. They also built out a connector for our fulfillment that held all of our skews and allowed people to create custom size. On the website, they built an order flow where customers could go through, build the subscription, check out, and manage their account from there. How did you come to work with Entrision? At the time we started working with them, it was very early on in our company. We actually had an accelerator, and one of the people in the accelerator had worked with Entrision for another project and said [they were] very responsive, worked fast, and did a good job. We connected with them to discuss the scope of the project. We started working with them immediately after that.Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms? We've spent more than $100,000.What is the status of this engagement? Most of the work is completed, but we are still in contact with them.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?Where we are today definitely he had a huge impact in getting us something that we could use to start growing our business and getting that foundation set.How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint?Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our partnership with Entrision. We got exactly what we wanted built and more in a lot of cases. It was on scope and on schedule. They are very responsive, and we've developed quite a good relationship. It was a very good experience working with them. What distinguishes Entrision from other providers? They treat the project as if it's their own. They're definitely very proud of their work. We would suggest things, and Entrision would take it beyond or help us put together something better than we originally wanted. They also worked very quickly. Is there anything Entrision could have improved or done differently?I wouldn't say there's anything specific. There's always hiccups in everything you do, but there wasn't any specific reoccurring issue that I think they could solve. As far as working with a third party to do development, I thought it was a fantastic experience.

**The Review** — Jan 26, 2016

**Feedback Summary**: Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) did excellent work for the client, specifically on their e-commerce website’s checkout process. The client appreciated the agency’s honest and direct communication style. Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) is highly recommended to others.
""Delta Systems (formerly Entrision) was great: super communicative, very fair, very open about how much something was going to cost, how long it was going to take, and making suggestions on things.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your organization. My company is called Oak73, and it's a women’s wear brand consisting of apparel and accessories, all made domestically. We sell primarily through our e-commerce website and are also beginning to expand out to wholesale business. What is your position?I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What business challenge were you trying to address with Entrision?I had initially built my website with another development firm, and it was an extremely long and arduous process. There were a lot of issues along the way, and it was very expensive. I felt like at the end of our year-long contract, I was left with a site that was about 75% there, which to be honest, it should've been 125% there for what I was paying and how much work I actually put in myself.I knew I needed to find somebody else that I could really trust and address all of the issues that I was having with the site in a timely manner. These issues were really things that impacted the business in the first couple of months, such as credit card processing, automation of emails, and basic functionalities of an e-commerce website that just weren't really working the way that they should have.

**SOLUTION**
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.Entrision worked on fixing a lot of the back-end issues with the checkout process, like credit card processing and integration with fulfillment. Then, they also did a lot of front-end work. I have a background in graphic design, so I was very specific about the way I wanted the site to look to the user. They helped me achieve those goals really seamlessly and easily. It was a totally different experience from what I had had before. Everything was extremely organized, very simple, without any issues at all. I haven't really had any problems working with them, so it's been really great.I also worked with a digital media agency, so they worked hand-in-hand with Entrision to increase any search engine optimization they could. They didn't initiate it, but they were definitely able to adjust the site to accommodate any suggestions that this firm had for me.How did you come to work with Entrision?I found Derek, who's the founder, on oDesk. I had reached out to all different kinds of people. I had reached out to other agencies, people overseas, and people based in New York, which is where I am. I narrowed it down to him and two other people, and I had them do a little bit of a test. Derek was super quick, and really easy to communicate with. His prices were fair and I felt like he was up-front and honest. I felt like his clients that I had reached out to as references had nothing but good things to say about him, so I decided to go with him. I'm really happy that I did because I felt like I made a really good decision. He fixed what needed to be fixed, and I don't really have to do that much to the site now. It works by itself.Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms? It cost between $10,000 and $50,000.What is the status of this engagement? It’s ongoing. If I ever have any issues or concerns, or if I want to make any updates, I'm in touch with them regularly. They're able to take care of everything pretty quickly.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement? As far as results go, for me the checkout process is really smooth. I never had any issues with that before, and that was really my primary concern. The fact that people are able to make a transaction seamlessly is probably the most important thing in having an e-commerce website, and that functions without failure every single time since they took over the project. As far as results, that's the most important one.How did Entrision perform from a project management standpoint?Entrision was great: super communicative, very fair, very open about how much something was going to cost, how long it was going to take, and making suggestions on things. They were very honest and easy to work with. Everything was always very clear as far as who was working on it, what they were working on, when it was going to be done, etc. What distinguishes Entrision from other providers?I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've recommended so many people to them. I went through a lot of people interviewing, and I have a lot of friends who work in the e-commerce digital space, and there's a lot of really bad horror stories. They've been really wonderful to work with and really effective. Is there anything Entrision could have improved or done differently? No.

The team had weekly check-in meetings and communicated regularly via Slack. They clearly understood the client's needs and created a simple and intuitive interface and tools for the website.
""They were extremely professional and up-front about everything.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.I am the Head of Customer Success for a music technology company that creates software tools for composers and music producers. My team and I help our customers with purchasing, download & installation, and use of the products.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Elevato, and what were your goals? Our website was created over 12 years ago and lacks many modern functions needed to operate a web-based business. We had very limited ability to interact with our customer database, to provide a streamlined customer experience, to provide dynamic discounts based on products already owned by a customer, and analytics for marketing and SEO.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? We had worked with Elevato previously on another website project and they had done a great job, and we knew they understood our business and needs.Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. The website was built in Ruby On Rails, using FastSpring Contextual Store, and a Wordpress front-end. We had another developer help with the Wordpress side of things and work with the Elevato and FastSpring teams. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? We had a project manager and two developers on the project.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? The new website functions that have been built are the most commonly-requested use cases that we have received for a long time, and we are very excited to deploy them for our customers.Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.Elevato's team was extremely responsive on Slack throughout the process. We had weekly check-in meetings between all parties involved, and they provided regular updates at every meeting on the status of timeline, estimate of budget, progress on objectives, and needed information. They were extremely professional and up-front about everything, with ample discussion of what would and would not be within the scope of the project, and what could be added with additional budget and time. They communicated any blockers clearly and immediately, and made sure we were able to resolve them without burning cycles while blocked. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They fully and clearly understood our use cases and needs, and were able to help us make sense of a radically inconsistent and piecemeal database that has been very difficult to work with for all parties. They created a simple and intuitive interface for us to be able to do what we needed to do from an admin side, as well as building complex tools that allow for a simple user experience for specific checkout situations. Our company operates in a very niche space and has some particular considerations that Elevato clearly understood. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently? The only limitations we encountered were out of the Elevato team's control, with components of the FastSpring system presenting limitations. Elevato was able to find ways around these problems for the most part.

## Portfolio & Awards

### Wealth Management Subscriber Portal Development
FundX Investment Group was one of the first advisors to use noload mutual funds to manage client accounts in 1969. FundX developed an evidence-based investment process, which we use to manage equity, sustainable, tactical and fixed income portfolios for individuals, institutions and mutual funds. As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), we are fiduciaries who act in your best interest. The project with FundX was to develop and maintain the internal subscriber portal.

### Transforming Data Into Insights
Apex works to address barriers to health and academic and social success for children, youth, and families. By creating relationships and deep partnerships within the community, Apex’s tools collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data to clearly report results. Apex believes in combining thinking with information, using technology to discover, and designing and deploying thoughtful solutions to support evaluation work.

### App Development and User Experience Come Together
This State Wildlife Action Plan (SWAP) represents an assessment of New Mexico’s wildlife and their habitats by the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish. The SWAP is a non-regulatory planning document that relies on the best available science, including the expert opinion of Department biologists, to provide a high-level view of the needs for and opportunities to conserve New Mexico’s wildlife and their habitats. It looks at the variety of species and the range of habitats, their status, potential threats or constraints, and potential conservation actions to keep species secure.

### Healthcare Data and Design
TIN-X is an interactive visualization tool for discovering interesting associations between diseases and potential drug targets. The tool uses natural language processing to identify disease and protein mentions in the text of PubMed abstracts. Using this data, it derives two metrics: novelty and importance. Novelty measures the relative scarcity of specific publications about a given concept (such as a target or a disease), while importance measures the relative strength of the association between two concepts. The web tool enables users to explore the relationships between the novelty of potential drug targets and their importance to diseases.

### Epic Menu Brings New Light to Powersports
Coleman Powersports, a child brand of the legendary outdoor gear company, Coleman, came to Elevato needing a new website to serve their evolving business. Their website no longer needed any type of eCommerce and it was a confusing experience on their current/previous website. We wanted the new website to strengthen the brand ties to Coleman, while embracing the unique powersports brand guidelines. We designed an epic mega menu, highlighted their stunning product photos, and especially emphasized their new product videos done by our very own Director of Multimedia.

### University adds Search & Functionality
Elevato brought this handbuilt website into WordPress, allowing the school to directly and automagically link over 2,700 pages of content utilizing 9 custom post types. Working closely with the JSchool staff, we helped to eliminate 404s from over 300,000 inbound links. The site uses a co-developed API to pull data from the Office of the University Registrar directly into the site. Functionality includes robust search capabilities, a course listing, news, events, publications, faculty and staff directory, and incorporation of a live web camera feed.

### Functionality, Better UI/UX, and Better Checkout
SoccerPro outgrew their old eCommerce platform and it was not serving their needs well, at all. Their search engine visibility and growth became limited due to the lack of control over SEO, microdata, and schema.org support.
We created a better user experience by enabling administrators with the ability to create, edit, and update complex menus, custom category pages, hero, and homepage calls to action.
Finally, we added integrations to third-party services like PayPal, Authorize.net, Kount Fraud Detection, OrderHive inventory tracking, and Shipstation.

### Exciting New Custom Site Development
Musio needed a beautiful, streamlined, informative website to market its newest SAAS product for the music industry. With such a visual product, it was essential to have a visual site design that showed off the software. This is most apparent on the Features page, where we created user-friendly informational nodes that describe the product features whether you are on desktop or mobile. This site was also made to be user-friendly on the back end as well. We made it easy for the Musio team to edit and adjust their site's content without worrying about how it would look.
