I am the Founder and Managing Director of an Engineering Consultancy Firm. We provide Engineering Design and Supervision Services to all type of Construction Projects.

Our company was established 10 years ago and we have decided that it is the time now to upgrade our identity branding to cope with the new dynamic needs of the market. Thus, we hired .PNG Design House to achieve this, as they are youth, energetic and gifted.

Word of mouth. We have contacted our colleagues and friends in the market to ask them for a branding company and we have received a positive feedback about .PNG design house. Then, we met them and found them very cool and started the work

At first we had a couple of meetings so they can understand our vision and key values of the company. After that they have prepared several draft proposals to match our needs. Finally, we all agree on the design and they finalized the package

Because of the new branding, our team felt fresh and energetic. We have shared our new brochures with all old customers and they were all happy. Also, the new branding is now helping us to penetrate new markets

We had periodical meetings with company’s founders to go over the progress. The communication was thru emails and phone calls and it moved very smoothly. Their response was quick, and the project was accomplished ahead of the agreed timeline.

Their 6th sense in expecting exactly what are our needs. In reading us in a way that eases the process of getting us where we want. Also, their super-response was second to none

Not at all. The experience was just perfect

I’m the owner of Junkfood Inc Restaurant, a cloud-based restaurant.

What challenge were you trying to address with .PNG Design House?

We needed help with branding and social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

.PNG Design House has done the branding for our company, including the main logo and three emblems. They’ve created the brand's color palette and 8–9 mascots, doing the figures from scratch. We’re now registering the trademark, and they're doing our social media marketing, including Facebook and Instagram. Their team creates the artwork and copy.

Initially, we told them what we had in mind but didn’t give any recommendations. They had to figure out what the brand should look like. We gave them creative freedom, and they showed us multiple mood boards to follow. We chose one two weeks later. Then, they started working on the social media template and putting brand elements in the restaurant.

We work with the owner and the director.

They created a brand for my friend. People loved it, so I asked him who did his brand. Also, I heard about them from an Asian restaurant that used them. Their brand really stood out too.

We started working together in July 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We wanted our brand to stand out; we didn’t want it to be another copycat from another restaurant. Many customers have come to the restaurant and told us they came just because of the brand. In all of our recent campaigns, our Facebook metrics show that the artwork is over-delivering, and the brand is above average.

How did .PNG Design House perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been smooth. The whole project took three months to finish because we delayed some things, but the timeline was perfect — they always delivered before the deadline. Also, they were flexible and remained professional.

We communicate via email and face-to-face. They also use Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Only two companies in Jordan do Instagram filters, and .PNG Design House is one of them. Compared to the market in Jordan, they do incredibly professional work. They deliver high-quality products and follow the trends in the market.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve, but they do have the capacity to grow the team and deliver more services.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The cost to brand in Jordan is high, but considering what you get, it isn’t compared to hiring an agency. If you work with them, you’ll need a budget. Also, give them creative freedom to lead. If you do, you’ll see something you haven’t seen before.

I am the founder of an Architecture & Interior Design House. I am an architect with masters in spatial planning, I started my company in 2018 in designing commercial and retail shops, restaurants and cafes. I mainly do Interior Design concepts for local brands and new start-ups. My company won the "Best Restaurant Design In Jordan" Award sponsored by Maison & Objet 2019.

We usually work on new brands, new retail shops who need to make their brand and image in addition to the interior design. Our goal is always to come up with a complete holistic branding image that goes in parallel with our interior design, to get a full successful look for the brand.

they interview the client, ask many questions related to the requested job, they show reference projects and images of their previous work to get the clients taste and full requirements, then they submit design proposals meeting the previous requirements, they are flexible with any modifications, we confirm each stage of the design and move along. final deliverables usually include a full branding package, logo guidelines, brand colors and elements, all printable material needed, brand applications. they deliver all original Ai files of course.

Searching for talents around our geographical location. After reviewing their work and results with their previous clients, the company decided that .PNG could be the right option for us.

At first, we needed to have a logo for our company, reflecting the business (healthcare) after that, we started working on all kinds of branding elements (fonts, how to use logos, social media templates, email signatures, etc) After the approval of all the above, it was time to use all the elements in creating a website for the company, with an introductory video in both languages (English & Arabic) for our clients.

The final step was to create a full UX & UI design for the mobile application, to provide the developers a full overview of the needed workflow inside the application and how we want it to be.

The project was successful and covered over 90% of our needs. All the documents were passed to other social media agencies and were given approval of success as well.

Communication with .PNG was very simple and easy, using channels over Whatsapp and Slack. With a very high/flexible response time.

Mostly, the amount of research they put into their work in providing unique solutions has been impressive.

Quality of work was our main concern and they delivered what we needed on time.
