SOW of Deliverables

The following deliverables will be completed as part of this project:

• Accounts payable: Process invoices, submit them for approval, and make payments. Generate reports and reconcile accounts.
• Bank reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts with QuickBooks Online.
• Expense coding: Code expenses in QuickBooks Online and reconcile them.
• Payroll: Set up payroll in QuickBooks Online, process payroll, file and pay payroll taxes, and generate payroll reports.
• Month end reporting: Generate income statements and balance sheets, customize reports, and save reports.
• Cash flow forecasting: Estimate cash receipts and disbursements, calculate net cash flow, and calculate ending cash balances. Update the cash flow forecast regularly. 
• Monthly financial reviews: Schedule meetings with management, prepare financial statements, discuss financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and document decisions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Cleaning up our books entirely, getting us to the point of being audited, being able to do cash-flow analysis on the organization, etc. These are areas that were not done before, and have been a breath of fresh air that has been provided by DCG since onboarding them.

Delivered on time and as expected. They respond very quickly to items and follow through on the deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With our past set up to Finance, we had one person, and when they were out, we had to pause everything finance. What is so great about DCG is it is 24/7, and the support is always there. Their team has a handful of experts whose skills translate in many areas of accounting and finance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DCG | CPA and Management Consulting Firm could have done differently?

Not at this time. It has been smooth sailing for our team at Faith Community Health.

Successful submission of tax filings. Multiple months of successful book keeping, accounting, and financial office operations. Confidence in financial projections.

DCG is very good about response times and has assigned a CFO to manage my projects. We hold monthly profitability meetings and every item submitted by my team is confirmed and then sent back to me for approval.

I don't see any need for improvement; they're far and above better than the previous financial services and accountants we've worked with.
