I am employed as Manager at Rupayan City. Rupayan City is the first city brand in Bangladesh. We are aiming to change the future for sustainable living for all ages by breaking the square feet boundaries. With modern amenities and luxurious lifestyle we are trying to build a community life of Prestige, Protection, and Privilege.

We needed our website to have a luxurious and polished tone, therefore, we needed a content writing team who were well aligned with our expectations to provide a polished feel to the copywriting of the website.

Digitomark’s excellent portfolio was compelling enough for us to opt for their copywriting services. They have collaborated with diverse industries and major brands, locally & globally, this was another reason we wanted their services for our website’s copywriting.

The first step was the initial kickoff meeting, here we got introduced with the copywriting team and discussed the project’s scope. The team provided us with their insights through an extensive R&D session, to make our copywriting stand out to the audience. We had been provided with draft copies for review & the team was well-aligned with the feedback as well to deliver us with satisfactory work.

There were two people on the team: a content writer and the account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our experience with Digitomark was smooth and seamless, they understood our scope and delivered what we expected. It was brilliant how they were in sync with us along the process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated through phone calls, emails (Gmail), and WhatsApp messaging. It was easier for us that way, so these channels of communication enhanced the management of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were continuously focused on providing the right information to the copywriting and were more concerned on making the content stand out, which was pretty impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were no major issues with the project, however, some wrong information was given to the copywriting, which was resolved by the team after we provided the correct information. Besides that, there were some communication gaps from our end.
