He looks at it from the buyer perspective, showing business owners how their buyers are using AI tools to search for solutions to their problems. Dave highlights how buyer behavior is once again changing and is offering insights on how business owners need to evolve their websites and content strategy. Educational and practical. And he's offering it in a free small group workshop.

I'm the president of SMT Supplies, a full-service distributor providing electronics manufacturing solutions. We offer products, technical expertise, and supply chain support to industries such as military, aerospace, medical devices, and PCB assembly.

We needed help creating a new website and marketing program.

What was the scope of their involvement?

David Lee - Fractional CMO delivered a new e-commerce website and a robust marketing strategy to capture more business from existing and new customers. We created a brand-new electronics vendor management inventory tool along with completely new content for our product offering.

We found them through a referral. After interviewing several companies, we decided to go with Dave (Founder) because of his unique approach to setting up a six-week strategic program before proceeding with a new website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April 2021 to December 2023. The initial project is over, but the marketing efforts are still ongoing.
