Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The end-to-end build of Project MCT, a subscription-based web platform for California authorized notaries, designed to streamline confidential marriage license processing. The work of Davel Creative Agency included defining product strategy and an efficient workflow that eliminates repetitive manual data entry, reduces errors, and speeds up document preparation. Design and implement the UX/UI around an “enter once → generate full packet” experience optimized for fast appointments and consistent output, and deliver the document-generation layer with PDF field mapping to produce print-ready marriage-related forms and an itemized receipt template from a single data entry. A core technical component was developing a calibration and alignment approach to improve high-precision printing onto pre-numbered, pre-printed government forms while accounting for printer and form-variation issues. Davel also implemented WordPress with Paid Memberships Pro and Stripe to support secure access control, subscription billing (monthly/annual), and discount code handling, and established a prioritized roadmap for upcoming capabilities, such as notary acknowledgment support and client intake via a shareable link/questionnaire.

The project’s success is measured by reduced manual entry and errors, faster document processing, and strong user adoption—ultimately saving notaries hours of work, minimizing stress, and making their daily workflow significantly more efficient and reliable.

Everything was done professionally, and they demonstrated true empathy to understand the needs of our business and our clients to make sure the product fits its purpose and resolves the whole list of problems aimed to resolve, and sometimes beyond.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing was how the Davel team creatively resolved problems that to this day were not resolved by other companies, and the technological solution they created for us works in very strict regulatory frames. Also, what impressed us was their approach to problem-solving through teamwork. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Davel Creative Agency could have done differently?

We continue using their ongoing support services and are planning to expand the solution with their help. Considering their input to our business, it is our pleasure to provide constructive feedback whenever we notice room for improvement, but right now, there is no outstanding feedback to share.

We hired the team to record and produce a video of a company event. 

What were your goals for this project?

For this project, we wanted to record our New Year's party in a cozy atmosphere where our local top-managers could speak freely and coherently.

How did you select this vendor?

They were already our trusted partner, as we have hired them numerous times in the past to record our New Year's parties, local hackathons, song clips, or interviews. They've performed both video and photo services for us.

Before producing the video, we discussed all the video sequence details, special effects, and creative ideas. One videographer was present during the shooting process. Then, the documented material was edited into a first draft and updated according to our feedback.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

After producing the video, they sent us drafts via Google Drive links and carefully reviewed the feedback we had offered via emails or phone calls. Their solicitation of feedback after the first draft allowed us to refine the content without waiting for the special effects to be completely ready. We received new versions of the video each week. The final draft was shown to us during a meeting, and the last touch-ups were made on the spot.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our initial goals were met, and they produced the video on schedule. Our target employee audience offered positive feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication was seamless, and they stayed on schedule. The agency's employees are all very responsive, which made the process of editing the video fast and stress-free. Our initial discussions about our expectations helped both us and the team come up with the most effective solution for our project. We also appreciated how often we received new video drafts.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team members are available via email, the phone, and various messenger apps. Outside of business hours, they also work at night and on weekends. They're open to updating their skill set according to our needs. They also don't hesitate to propose solutions that are better than ours.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve their management of staged mass shots (for types of projects other than the one we hired them for). Also, they tend to find solutions to problems on-the-spot during video events. This could be avoided by better preparing their photographers and videographers beforehand.

I’m the CEO of Solar Group LLC, a power engineering company. We do installations in the area of renewable energy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Davel Creative Agency?

We needed a partner to do website maintenance, branding, web design and development, social media, SEO, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial meeting to go over our requirements. We’re new in the market as a brand, so they started with our website and how to position it in the market. They also created our brand's design and a brand book. They did everything themselves, though we work as one team.

How did you come to work with Davel Creative Agency?

I met their founder & CEO when I worked at a previous company that had collaborated with him. When I moved to this current company, I wanted to continue working with Davel Creative Agency because of their qualified services. We compared them to other companies and found that they’re one of the best, so we made the decision to continue working with them.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and the collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very satisfied with their work. Our company name and branding stand out from our competition, which I’m very happy with. We started with social media activity last month, and we already have gotten a lot of calls from the residential market. We also have a lot of messages on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Davel Creative Agency’s work has had a great impact in a short period of time. The quality of work is phenomenal.

How did Davel Creative Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is fantastic. They have a great organizational structure and are very flexible and punctual. I try to only reach out during working hours, but sometimes I need something done quickly. I can send them a message on the weekend and they’ll answer immediately.

We communicate through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Viber. We have a contact person on our team that’s in charge of working with them. We have regular meetings at least once a week in our office where we give them ideas and discuss the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They keep their promises and deliver on time, sometimes even before deadlines. They also do more than what we established in the contract. They are to write at least two articles for our webpage every so often; sometimes I ask for more and they’ve never said no.

No. We’re happy with them.
