Developed new powerBI dashboard to capture our clinician metrics so that we could better monitor the progress and performance of over 40 staff members. Took data from our electronic health record and converted it into a visualization PowerBI. Also took our very manual payroll process and converted it into a automated powerBI dashboard. we are continuing to work with them on more projects to help us streamline and automate our current systems.
