It was an migration project and the company was aiming to shift to a new tool . Business was looking for enhancements with current reporting streams where I was deployed to leverage business Intelligence skills to provide better visualization.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our previous business Intelligence skills had paved way to introduce BI tools to excel reports to add reporting value to the business. This in turn had largely reduced the TAT on projects and increased productivity sizeably.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had an effective bonding with the team to have any queries cleared at the earliest and also provide a timely feedback so that we can implement the necessary changes with project earliest . This has enabled teams to save time largely and also switch to next vertical swiftly.

They excel in finding the best talents across the globe. It has a clear business vision along with meticulous planning to serve the Insurtech space worldwide.
