4. Chatbot response time has to be under 10 seconds, on an average of 5-7 seconds.
5. Chatbot shall be bidirectional. It shall be capable of asking queries to the user in case

We used some of the latest SOTA model like Object Detection , Image segmentation and others. Python was the main language used in the project.

Using the system we were effectively able to get the surveillance reports , also there were lots of modules which were working with accuracy more than 85% percent. The models were hosted very efficiently and load balancing and other server configuration were also managed by team efficiently.

The project scope was discussed during the vendor evaluation stage. The kind of reports that we require as a final outcome was shared with DataToBiz. Data that was getting captured via the retail app and the excel reports were studied and final formats were prepared. Data was linked to the final report formats. Any data discrepancies were sorted out.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

5 resources Commercial Head to close the contract between us & DataToBiz. Technical Head to oversee the project and provide his expertise. 2 Developers & 1 Project Coordinator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has come out as a 100% success. We have been able to deliver to our client to their expectations and the client is very happy with the kind of analysis that they can actually do.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective - the coordination between the two teams was very amicable, based on mutual respect & understanding and in all honesty we didn't face a single moment of grief with DataToBiz team. They were very understanding and very accommodating to all our requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The willingness to make our deliverables as their own. The support that they provided was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are hitting all the right chords. They should just continue doing the good job and sky is the limit for them. Their humbleness & excellent customer orientation will take them places for sure.
