2. Chatbot will be directly integrated with the existing Pulse application, with future 
scalability to convert it into microservice architecture with additional effort.
3. The backend database will have 5 views (on which we have to act) having around 90 
columns per view. Data Segments: Pricing & reimbursement (Records-50,78,576), 
Indication (Records-1,39,67,879), dosing (Records-1,39,67,902), COT (Records7,57,41,618), HTA (Records-30,33,004). Records will increase over period.
4. Chatbot response time has to be under 10 seconds, on an average of 5-7 seconds.
5. Chatbot shall be bidirectional. It shall be capable of asking queries to the user in case 
any clarification/confirmation is needed.
6. Chatbot shall be able to handle similar words asked by the user in the natural 
language e.g. “Non-operational” and “Discontinued” etc.
7. The user interface also needs to be built capable of allowing users to chat with the 
chatbot.
8. Along with the chat option, the product shall be able to store the history of the

The Project was to develop a reporting solution for one of our data partners encompassing various stages of data lifecycle. DataToBiz engineers and analysts supported us in doing an extended requirement analysis, facilitating data sample study, developing and complex data pipelines, implementing advance dashboarding & visualization.

DataToBiz staff also consistently supported in routine data validation tasks and adhoc data analysis requests from our partners.

Through out the Business Intelligence project implementation TransSIGHT interacted with four key members including one main point of contact, and three data engineers. For the Data Science Use Case evaluation, we interacted with one of Data Scientists.

TransSIGHT’s Analytics framework has made it easier for our data partner to access all of their data in a single place. All thanks to the intuitive dashboards which has made performance tracking simple for our users eliminating tedious day to day spreadsheet effort.

Automated process has helped the stakeholders to have access to the fresh data on a daily cadence which is huge boost for effective decision making. With the successful implementation of this project TransSIGHT has been seeing increased interest in the circle for similar implementation and we are hopeful to bag more user engagements in the times to come.

We interacted with the team via slack/zoom calls. Daily Stand ups were conducted in the beginning of the project which was later shifted to weekly cadence post deployment.

Getting to understand the domain was challenging in the beginning but they handled and established a good understanding as moved ahead and made progress in the project.
