DataRiseLab designed, built, and continues to support our enterprise Data Warehouse platform. The team integrated all data sources, designed the data structures, built the underlaying  infrastructure on Azure and implemented a BI application in Power BI to provide clear visualizations of the data.

As with all external collaborations, after figuring out how we wanted to work together (communication, reporting, updates, etc.), collaboration was smooth and transparent. Issues were dealt with with a true can-do mindset, but they were also honest and informative when issues appeared.

Two main charachteristis.

• DRL has impressive "project empathy". I.e., they took time to really understand our objectives. 
• DRL give honest expectations and value for money, i.e. clear about optimal solution (not necessarily most expensive or timeconsuming), actual timelines (not hopeful or optimistic, but actual)

Handover (of the finished delivarble to the business) was good, but could be planned for and documented better.

Thanks to our collaboration with DRL, we successfully implemented a financial reporting and goal-based management system for two brands across three countries with impressive speed and efficiency. One of the major advantages of working with DRL was their technical expertise and deep business insight, which provided us with valuable recommendations throughout the project. Always on time, in some cases they were suggesting best solutions ( having the business acumen - former consulting ) and pointing weak spots. We have started with very specific descritpion of the scope of project considering the complexity of the project we have nailed it within 3 meetings thanks to their proactivity - probing questions etc.

PBI reports took a little more time then expected but clearly it was a matter of resources, i didnt really have to adress it more then once for them to act on it and assign more PBI specialist on the topic

DataRiseLab Sp. z o.o. helped us with the inventory of data sources, assessment of information needed, and delivery of the data warehouse with data marts. They also integrated external sources and provided data correlation levels and data presentation panels. Regarding the data sources, we used various sources, including Oracle and in-house solutions.

I'm a senior executive project manager for a gastronomy system.

What challenge were you trying to address with DataRiseLab Sp. z o.o.?

We needed to set up a digital project based on different APIs and an app. We saw the need to professionalize our collaboration by creating a clearly structured project plan. This plan had to take into account and clearly define the relevant interfaces with our existing systems, including cash register, personnel, feedback, DATEV, and audit systems.

In addition, we expected the project planning to result in a reliable forecast and a well-founded estimate based on an app function that could be used by our managers. These should be based on concrete figures from the budget, the previous year's figures, and the pace setter groups, so as to ensure transparent and realistic planning.

Our goal was to achieve greater efficiency, better predictability, and sustainable quality assurance in our processes through this structured approach.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When you work with data, you can see really fast progress and when you compare the figures from one system to the others. So, it was clearly visible how fast we made progress. From double-checking the numbers from the different tools, everything went to a data warehouse where we could see if the numbers matched our systems or not. All open topics or issues were immediately processed.

Overall, the project had a huge impact on our whole system, including how we work, our routines, and our figures.

They delivered always on time as agreed and confirmed. The team was always available and took really good care of our company and business. We communicated via Microsoft Teams, calls, and emails.
