I am COO at OpusGrowthPartners.com, a top Sales SDR Recruitment, Training and support agency. At Opus, we are totally focused on finding the right SDR team for our clients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire DataObrii?

LinkedIn is an expensive advertising channel, which is why we decided to search for a solution that helped to re-target our LinkedIn leads on other platforms. Data Obrii helped us to dramatically improve the effectiveness of advertising budgets in this innovative manner.

Data Obrii created a web solution that allowed users to search for additional social profiles of that person from various social networks (e.g. facebook profiles, etc.). This allowed us to target our audience through multiple social media platforms, and select platforms with the lowest cost of targeting.

Data Obrii engineers utilized different API's, web scraping tools, and picture matching algorithms to find the exact person on different social media. For example, in the case of facebook - we would search for a person by name and surname, his country and nearest city and then match their profile photo with the original photo from LinkedIn. In this way, we would automate the search for someone’s profile on different social media platforms, with a 70% success rate.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First of all, we were impressed by the client references given to us by Data Obrii. They work very diligently on issues that are critical for their clients to solve, and come up with some very innovative solutions. We will work with them again.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

It was important for our company to leverage our existing work processes, to enhance rather than replace them. With this in mind Data Obrii spent valuable time researching our existing systems before identifying obstacles and chokepoints we hadn’t even realised ourselves in some cases.

Only then did DataObrii formulate the Technical Task and came back to us with a clear and transparent outline of the upcoming work. Initially, the engineers from Data Obrii planned and designed a new vision of our main processes - Lead Generation search tactics.

They thought of creating AI and ML models that would work for our purposes, and then launched them in a test and final format. As soon as our team at Opus confirmed the effectiveness of the project elements, Data Obrii successfully started implementing the system for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have an internal web based platform that helps us to optimize and automate our critical business processes. Reaching our target audience has become a much more convenient and cost-effective task.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent communications, from senior management to direct conversations between our respective technicians. Available at odd hours and weekends too for key questions, faultless, and thanks again guys!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their individual approach and how they value us and address all our issues quickly. The ability to grow and introduce high-end data science technologies quickly with high attention to detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are a great outfit, and would benefit from scaling their operation for other enterprise solutions.

To advise on the right solution for our ETL/data warehouse and reporting capability then to implement it for us.

An operational data platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select DataObrii?

Procurment exercise with 2 other candidates.

Describe the project in detail.

Identify a suitable ETL solution for Level’s data. We are open to different suggestions but prefer free/ low cost tools such as Kettle/Pentaho or Talend or a custom scripting solution if more efficient. Implement an efficient ETL process for all Level’s data sources Identify a suitable Data Warehouse solution for Level’s data sources. We think Amazon Redshift is a good option for us but welcome other suggestions.

Architect a data warehouse for storing Level’s different sources of data Identify a suitable Data Dashboard tool that can be used by a dedicated data analyst for analysis and report generation. We prefer a low-cost, ‘entry-level’ solution like Google Data Studio at this stage but welcome other suggestions. Implement and configure the dashboard tool and help the Level team generate some initial reports.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Data platform was set up, with full ETL connection to our data repositories and initial dashboards in a few weeks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communicated via MS Teams and emails and regular catchups via video.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by the incredible value they brought to the project. They worked fast and efficiently.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe a faster legal process - getting the contract agreed took longer than the project.
