DataCose has been a game-changer for New Orleans Perspectives. They automated our invoice generation, reminder emails, and SMS, and created tools for bulk emailing our participant database. Additionally, they built a sign-in application and a live-streaming solution for our sessions. The team's quick speed, collaborative approach, and deep understanding of our needs made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't use anyone else!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For almost all of the projects we've worked with Datacose on, the outcomes we aim for are increased operational efficiency feeding better customer service and customer outcomes.  For our appointment tracking app, this meant less manpower scheduling participants and a materially smaller error rate when doing so.

For our proposal system, we have been able to generate accurate, consistent, customized proposals in minutes.  Much faster and more consistent than prior solutions. Overall, we aim for solutions that either save us time or let us provide better service for the same effort, and DataCose has enabled us to do that time and time again.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We typically have a meeting with a PM to discuss the scope of work, and DataCose is great at asking necessary questions.  From there, they will communicate constantly and keep us appraised of updates. It's very easy to stay in constant communication and I've never felt unattended.  All of DataCose's employees exude a professional and competent demenor as well, and I'd feel confident in working with any and all of them on our projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're great at finding out what we genuinely need. It can be difficult communicating needs with vendors across a variety of industries, but that's never been a problem with DataCose.  They have a depth of experience that helps them understand what I want without much friction.  I can trust that if I explain a need they will deliver on the solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DataCose could have done differently?

None.  I have zero complaints.

We hired Datacose to help us build a custom setup in Airtable so that we could more efficiently communicate and work through a complex chain of content and media development. They helped us plan how to best create the base in Airtable and then developed it, tested it and deployed it. We also hired them to integrate our MailChimp email database with the back-end of our app to sync communication data to better enable us to send strategic messaging to customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Datacose has always done an amazing job, with whatever projects we've given them. The Airtable system they set up for us was a true lifesaver. I'm not sure we would have been able to build our business without their meticulous work in setting that up to work exactly as we needed it to. 

Everything that they do is tested and retested. We've never had a problem deploying something and not having it work. That is so hard to find. Besides that, they're just a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Datacose has always delivered projects on time. Even at times when we've needed something completed in a shorter-than-normal timeframe, they have always accommodated us. The project management team is fantastic; communication has always been terrific. I love working with them.
