Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Business Development Manager at Chop-Chop, a Software House providing web-development and e-commerce services for agencies and startups all over the world.

For what projects/services did your company hire Data Space?

Cloud hosting and infrastructure.

What were your goals for this project?

We had our hosting and infrastructure scattered among multiple providers. Our goal was to find the best partner to provide all those services for our websites, development servers, and internal management systems.

SOLUTION

How did you select Data Space?

We'd been working with Data Space previously - we'd had some VPS and backups with them. They were always very helpful and they had exactly what we needed to host the entire infrastructure. It was a natural choice for us.

Describe the project in detail.

Dataspace provided Virtual Machines located in their public cloud. They also provide backup machines that back up all our data once a day. Since we store with them our web-development projects that are being constantly updated, it is crucial for the safe functioning of our business.

What was the team composition?

Data Space assembled a team made of a Business Development Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Technical Specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Currently, our entire infrastructure is hosted and supported by Data Space. We spend way less time each month managing our internal systems. Our cooperation with the previous provider was far from flawless and since we moved everything to Data Space, the downtime has been virtually reduced to zero.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We've been using Slack, calls, and met in person several times. The communication was always seamless. When working with other companies, we often had a feeling that they're frustrated at us for not knowing everything. It is not the case with Data Space and they are always clear and professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their technical expertise and their effort to work out the solutions tailored to our needs. As a result, our custom solution is light but scalable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We're yet to be disappointed by them in any way. The level of their communication and technical expertise is close to perfect.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to Data Space we know that we can always suggest our customers a trustful provider we believe in. It is also much better for us to develop infrastructures later on, thanks to flawless cooperation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow is really great. We never need to wait for the answer a long time. We communicate via e-mails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive is their engagement in every case. Many Data Centers don’t care much about their customers. Data Space is different. They don’t offer just resources but also support.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything is like it should be. We are very satisfied.

I am the Marketing Manager at e-commerce agency with headquarters in Poland. Our company has about 50 employees and we provide our services across Poland. I am responsible for bulding brand image and maintaining relationships with current contractors.

Our company is very fast-growing. Back at the time our IT enviroment wasn't powerful enough for all the services we were providing. Also we were lacking in efficient testing system for ERP system we made.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to expand our IT enviroment with new, fast and safe equipment. Data Space stocked us up in devices that we really needed. We needed soulution that allows clients to test our products easily and flawless.

How did you select Data Space?

We were looking for new provider, because we were disapointed about previous IT parnter. We narrowed choice to 3 companies nearby, we based on their case studies and online reviews.

Our CTO and CSO had chance to meet up with Data Space representatives at thier headquarters in Torun. After the meet they were amazed bythe technological and hardware facilities.

People at Data Space were open to talk and answering all of questions. When they come back to our company we knew this the company we want to work with.

We had series of meetings, where we showed our goals and what we want to achive, Data Space told us how they see our cooperation. Clearly explained what and why equipment we should use.

We accpeted their offer, it was satisfactory in terms of finance and technology. The offer included: sale and service of hardware, maintenance package, safe and fast servers with NVMe disks.

There is 5 employees in Data Space that taking care of us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The infrastructure provided by Data Space allowed our software to be more efficient. Data Space employees helped us in creating our infrastructure by sharing their many years of experience.

Thanks to the use of servers with NVMe disks, we are able to provide our clients with fast and uninterrupted access to their systems.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager that is assigned to us is always open to talk, he respond to every question. We communicate by phone calls and e-mail.

From time to time, we are invited to the Data Space HQ, to see what changed and see their new products. Overall communications is at very high level.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing are facilities. Their server rooms looks like ones from stock photos. Employees they know their job and what they're doing, they leave no question whitout the ansewer.

Everything is perfect. We really appreciate our cooperation.
