Without hesitation, they were willing to revisit the drawing board and start from scratch. This dedication to getting it right resulted in an animation that perfectly captured our vision.

We needed a simple video that describes what we do and how we bring value to online stores.

We were contacted directly on LinkedIn right in the time when we were looking for other similar companies.

We first had an introductory meeting with the company director and Darvideo's producer. After that, they've set up Basecamp for us, where we had a different board for each stage of the production. Darvideo guided us through creating the storyboard, the styleframe, illustrations, voice-over, animation and subtitles.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We primarily worked with Helen, who was the project manager and kept us on schedule. For general questions about the project we communicated with Marina, who was the producer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our staff were all very satisfied with the outcome of the video - it was just as we expected the final product to be. The video gets viewed daily by our clients, and many show interest in our product only after seeing the video that Darvideo produced, so the video hit its mark perfectly.

They are very organized and do everything on schedule. All of the deadlines are written down and they always complete everything within the timeframe available. The communication through Basecamp is also a good feature as it keeps the project organized.

The organization of the project was unmatched, and we also loved the timeliness.

We were satisfied with everything that Darvideo delivered, so we have no ideas for improvement.

Their animations are customised to your requirements and not "off the shelf"

We would like to see more attention to detail on the timing of the images with the spoken word and onscreen text. But this was fixed.

UEFA was pleased with the corporate video we delivered. Darvideo had a significant part to play in this and we thank them heartily fo the great animation work.

Very good. Communications could be better at times, but overall we are satisfied.

Sometimes the team becomes a bit unreactive, but they seem to be working on this as we have stressed that good and reliable communications is key.
