The team provided us templates to collect the information needed to start working on the project. After that we had calls to validate the information and had a 3 iteration process to review and adjust the video. Darvideo also provided samples of voices according to our needs.

The provide a Project Manager and animators. All the communication is done mainly with the project manager.

In general, we were satisfied with the outcome. Perhaps, it is not easy to follow the english of some colleagues in Darvideo, but the CEO speaks perfectly english and the project manager that we had too.
