We needed help with advertising on Google Ads to achieve a sufficient number of applications.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dalim Digital has created various types of advertising campaigns, including search and media. The team has also set up conversion tracking and constantly optimizes advertising and budgets. Moreover, Dalim Digital protects against click fraud and manages my advertising on an ongoing basis.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before working with Dalim Digital, I was mostly getting calls from competitors; there were some inquiries, but they were few and far between. Now, I understand that the entire budget is being used efficiently, and I receive a sufficient number of inquiries daily for my business. Previously, we had 1–2 clients per day with the same budget, or no clients at all. Now, we have 15–20 clients per day.Moreover, I’ve come out of the red and am now in a stable profit. If we’re talking about the business model as such, cars are coming to me reliably; everything is working out.

How did Dalim Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

I would rate their project management as excellent. My personal manager is always in touch with me, delving into the essence of my questions and providing professional answers. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The fact that they delve into the essence of the business model and become like close partners is impressive. They try to give the maximum result, and in essence, they do.
