I run a marketing company that specializes in social media marketing and sales videos.

For what projects/services did your company hire Daisy Wheel Operators?

My company had begun to find success selling recurring video packages to clients and I was unsure of how to scale my service to handle more clients. I was concerned about being maxed out, capping my income potential and inadvertently creating a "job" for myself rather than a business. My first challenge was finding qualified videos editors to begin outsourcing work, which is where the work with Daisy Wheel Operators began.

Kristina and I had a friendly conversation about the difficulties I was attempting to manage and she provided extremely valuable perspective and advice that led to me to work with her on the project.

Through engaging and thorough discussions with Kristina about my business challenges, the project evolved from what I initially thought I should do to (hire more editors) to the development of a system for managing my workflow that I could more easily scale. Kristina was instrumental in inspiring the thoughts and actions I needed to create this system.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of working with Kristina, I was able to see clearly what the issues in my business actually were so I could address them most effectively. I left every meeting with her with actionable strategies for completing the next phase in the project.

She also provided ideas and tactics for approaching obstacles that I never would have thought of before and this was extremely useful to help me change the way I was looking at these challenges so I could solve them. Ultimately the results have been that the overwhelm and worry that I wouldn't be able to scale has gone.

I was able to develop a process and workflow that has freed me up to take on more clients, while spending less time on current client work, without having to do nearly as much outsourcing (and spend as much money) as I initially expected to.

Kristina's ability to think outside the box and see solutions and new perspectives that I likely couldn't or wouldn't have I think makes her unique. Where others may have helped me solve the problem I thought I was having, she was able to dig deeper and help me see where the real issues were.
