We tried looking for the quality resources and someone in my network who earlier worked here recommended the company.

Project is a ongoing product development which is not related to any stages it is a continuous process.

We discussed the requirement first and after that we got resume for shortlisting then we had interview calls and selected candidates based on interview.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

As the idea was to quickly fill the gap in terms of the hiring needs this worked well for us and the new development initiatives didn't went offtrack.

As they are working as our own resources and participating in our daily standups like other resources we don't find any hiccups in terms of effective workflow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They adhere to the timelines and show sincerity towards the work given.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes we as a startup don't recommend to write daily updates etc as the traditional IT services companies... we believe in people we hire and understand that everyone realise their ownership so no need of adopting to tradition methodologies of putting daily updates email etc.

Their great communication of tasks is impressive, and the team's work is done thoroughly. High quality ouput

As with any outsourced team, it is very important to have a very detailed brief, which I struggled to provide due to the scale of the project. As such it was often difficult to articulate ideas and get all requirements explained to convert into deliverables when working on such a green field project.

Incrementing efficiency while creating and assigning a job to drivers. Better tracking of our goods.

I cannot disclose so much details. But basically is an Android app which allows our drivers to be notified whenever a new job is pending / available and monitor the status of our deliveries.
