• ASO Strategy & Execution: Topanda conducted extensive keyword research, identifying high-volume, high-intent search terms specifically targeted to capture users with the highest LTV. They monitored over 1,500 keywords and delivered weekly insights into our competitive positioning and visibility trajectory.
• Paid UA Management: They structured campaigns to balance volume and quality, specifically tracking 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day ROI. Deliverables included asset optimization and granular budget management across Google’s various inventory channels.

- We've reached the top 10 with all of our main keywords in the Apple App Store and Google Play. - Our organic traffic increased by 40% on Google Play. - Our organic traffic increased by 57% on Apple's App Store.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between my team and Topanda was excellent. I wish that I could have this kind of communication with all of the vendors I work with.

The most impressive aspect about Topanda is the attention to details, the communication, and the support, as well as the fact that the agency is data-driven. They have a great deal of experience with both of the app stores, and all their answers to different things that occurred with our app were based on what they had already observed with other apps they have worked with in the past.

• App Store Optimization (ASO): Topanda embarked on an immersive analysis of historical data, orchestrating tailored strategies for ASO, Google App Ads, and ASA. Our vision was to not only optimize our app's visibility but also nurture its discovery among news enthusiasts. Performance KPIs were crystallized, defining user base expansion, CPI, and CPA goals across diverse channels. ASO focused on enhancing rankings for pivotal news-related search terms, aiming for heightened visibility scores on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Google App Ads & 
• Apple Search Ads (ASA) Strategy: A growth-oriented campaign structure was meticulously constructed for Google App Ads and ASA, ensuring efficient media spending allocation for optimal deep-funnel conversion events. As a result of this approach, Google App Ads performance scaled X5, while maintaining a consistent CPI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Enhanced Visibility & Organic Installs: Google Play Store Visibility: A commendable 18% increase in visibility score (from 76 to 90) amplified our reach on the Google Play Store. Google Play Store Organic Installs: Organic installs on Google Play Store also witnessed an impressive quadrupling. 
• Apple App Store Visibility: A remarkable 76% surge in visibility score (from 41 to 72) elevated our app's presence on the Apple App Store. 
• Apple App Store Organic Installs: Installs stemming from search and explore tabs experienced exponential growth. 
• Paid Acquisition Success: Google App Ads Performance: Topanda's optimization strategies resulted in an extraordinary X5 spike in weekly installs, all achieved at the same CPI. 

Note: Given the relatively small volume of searches in the local market, we strategically allocated a major portion of our budget to Google App Ads. Consequently, our focus on Apple Search Ads was limited, aligning our efforts with the optimal channel for growth.

Topanda's approach consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and proficiency. While their strategies yielded impressive results, an additional avenue for enhancement could involve an even more granular analysis of user engagement patterns within specific demographic segments. 

Furthermore, a periodic reassessment and adjustment of campaign elements could provide an opportunity to adapt swiftly to evolving market dynamics. These suggestions, however, in no way overshadow the exceptional value and outcomes that Topanda delivered throughout our collaboration.
