Cybergizer then built an LLM-powered assistant trained on our internal knowledge and wired it into our backend. They delivered new APIs, a lightweight workflow module to automate common requests, and an admin dashboard to manage prompts, access, and basic usage logs.

We first met the Cybergizer team at a conference where they talked about their experience with Al in healthcare. Around that time, we were actually looking for a solution to turn doctor-patient conversations into written documents using an LLM speech-to-text model. The idea was to generate a summary that could later be shared with the patients family. The tricky part was getting the model to handle all the complex medical terms doctors use and making sure the output was accurate and reliable. Cybergizer jumped in and helped us get everything up and running super fast. Thanks to their support, we were able to deliver the solution to our client in record time and basically save the whole project (and the client's business too). They were incredibly flexible with processes and approaches, which really mattered since the whole situation was pretty unconventional with tight deadlines and lots of legacy issues. Were still working with Cybergizer on other parts of our business and can honestly say theyre a great partner to have on your side.

1. A custom AI agent was developed in record time and launched to production on schedule.
2. App users began spending less time on routine tasks, and their engagement with the platform increased.
3. The time employees at the client company had to spend managing the issue dropped from 200 hours per month to 35, and continues to decrease.

Cybergizer initially provided a team of three developers, led by the project’s CTO and a project manager. On our side, a project manager was involved to synchronize the work between the internal and external teams. Additional developers, consultants, or company management were brought in or rolled off as needed throughout the process.

The first scope, which initially caused the most concern, was delivered slightly ahead of schedule giving us extra time for additional testing and stabilization. From that point on, Cybergizer consistently met the deadlines they committed to. Delays only occurred when the scope or priorities were changed.

Overall, we appreciate their simple yet effective organization of processes, estimation, and management: nothing excessive, just what we actually needed.

It was a very fast and straightforward start — no bureaucracy or overcomplication. We understood each other instantly when discussing the problem to solve and how we’d approach it. What also gave us confidence early on was the strong involvement of the company’s management. It was clear they were interested in the work.

If it doesn’t require management involvement it means there’s no problem :)

Not once during the entire collaboration did we have to explain ourselves or clear things up with the client. Of course, there were the usual working moments or personal quirks but nothing ever turned into an issue.

We were looking for developers with high qualifications and working experience in international projects. The dominant factor was also the cost of project development. The development team of Cybergizer just has the experience that allows us to find original and effective solutions for our project.

The stages of project development were the following: Code rewriting. Updating Rails to the latest version, fixing vulnerabilities. Interface improvement. Redesign.

The development team succeeded to streamline and simplify localization process, from the business perspective it led to speeding up the projects delivery to the market.

We were fully satisfied with developers' communication skills, they were great team players. We mostly communicated online, but we even met in person from time to time to discuss the project details.

Since then we have demonstrated further results for clients based on additional products developed and the logistics tool has become a core part of how some of our clients do business. The team is also enthusiastic about contributing beyond the standard technical scope. For example, they wrote the first version of our development handbook which forms a core part of our team guidance today.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I physically interviewed 30 different agencies and shortlisted Cybergizer and one other company as preferred partners. This was a ruthless process which was not influenced by our prior working relationship and it was comforting to see Cybergizer come out on top.

The management team (Sergy and Anatoli) are global thought leaders within the Ruby on Rails community and it was impressive to see their involvement with local Ruby on Rails events including as guest speakers. Because of this, they are very well connected to the tech space in their region. They almost always can find someone within their network who can address specific technical needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cybergizer could have done differently?

One of the risks for outsourcing development is that you are one step further away from managing the talent in your team. For a company like Cybergizer they need to rotate staff to continually upskill and keep staff engaged. This can be disruptive as a client, but I don't think there's anything that Cybergizer can do differently about this. They are always honest and up-front about this challenge and I am happy with the way they handle it.
