What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The CXDojo team proposed a pilot solution to help us speed up contract review, which had previously been a significant bottleneck. It was important for us that automation would not disrupt our internal approval logic and could integrate smoothly into our existing workflow.

They implemented an AI bot that handles routine tasks while allowing our team to interact with it directly. Even during the pilot phase, we saw a noticeable reduction in document processing time. We provided feedback through the bot, which made it easy to adjust the system quickly. We already see potential in expanding the bot’s scope to fully automate our contract review process.

I wanted to have access to a review platform where clients could give feedback on previous projects which I could use to showcase my skills to new prospects. As this didn't seem to exist for individuals, I decided to create one

I posted on Upwork, not even really knowing what I was asking for

I had a product idea in mind and I turned to CXDojo for technology consulting. My goal was to validate it and estimate the project in terms of time, budget, and tech resources. Together with an expert team, we had a series of workshops, where we discussed the essence of my business, goals, overall product vision, and problems that I am looking to solve with this product.

This culminated in the following deliverables:

The delivered specification was detailed enough so it could serve as guidelines for any external team of developers. Yet, I decided to go with CXDojo and delegated MVP development to them. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have just launched the product’s MVP and are now collecting feedback from early adopters. The CXDojo team is involved in data analysis as well.

CXDojo sticks to the Scrum model. The work was divided into time-bound sprints, and by the end of each sprint, they delivered a piece of functionality. Once in 2 weeks, we had a demo call and the team presented a certain result they had achieved so far.

As for the ongoing communication, the team was available at all times. We used Slack, so they literally were one click away and responded within a couple of minutes. YouTrack was for tracking tasks and workflow statuses. That helped me be in the know of their progress at any point.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach. I really appreciate how involved they are in the project. They integrate themselves into each process to see all interdependencies and make sure they coordinate efforts effectively. And of course, the team. They moved forward quickly and autonomously. Yet, they were always in touch, so we could discuss any suggestions along the way and negotiate all critical decisions together. This adds transparency to our cooperation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing. For a non-techie like me, the experience has been flawless

I was looking for someone to help make my UI/UX design look more modern and user-friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CXDojo did UI/UX design for me; we started by telling them what we were looking for and showing them what my current interface looked like, and after that, they made a whole new interface for me using Figma. We met twice a week for update sessions on what they were doing throughout the process. I also gave them feedback to ensure they were on track with what I wanted.

I found them through Upwork. I also met with other providers, but CXDojo seemed interested in what we were doing, so we chose them for this project.

We spent around $65,000 with them on this project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I showed the new UI design to several people, who all gave positive feedback on it. Overall, I often use the product they developed because it streamlines my processes.

How did CXDojo perform from a project management standpoint?

We met twice a week to see how they were executing and see the designs they were creating. They were also responsive to feedback and communicative — we used phone calls and emails.

Their designers were great at understanding my needs and bringing in the right people to fill my needs — I’d love to work with them again.

We had mutual contact with the CXDojo CEO. We did interviews with the two developers on their team, and we were impressed.

CXDojo augments our development team. During all the years of our cooperation, they’ve provided us with 15 developers, among which are KPHP, SugarCRM, Salesforce, and several QA engineers.

The process is fairly simple and straightforward. CXDojo does a fantastic job identifying the correct skillset and provides us with only those engineers that fit best. From there it was a combination of a skill-based interview and 2 for fit.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We've started our collaboration with only two developers, and as of today, we've already worked with 15 engineers. Our product is constantly evolving, and the CXDojo helps us to grow and maintain it. In addition, they provide us with software architecture solutions and automation testing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We do not look at team members from CXDojo as any different than those we hire directly. Within the teams, especially in this remote design, there is no distinction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team resides in Ukraine. At the beginning of our collaboration, one of the requirements was to work in the EST time zone as our internal team is in New York. I thought that it could have been challenging, but their professionalism and pragmatism made the team flexible.

They are very adjustable to our needs, and this is something we looked for at the beginning. Since our internal development team consists of senior engineers, we wanted to hire only senior software developers remotely. CXDojo managed to find the right talents for our project according to our needs.

No. Any improvements necessary were already made.

I speculatively posted a call for information on Upwork. At the time I didn't know whether the project I wanted to launch was even possible or what steps it would involve. I spoke to 3 or 4 potential partners. I felt that the initial contact with CX was very positive and relaxed, they immediately had suggestions and were able to talk to a non-techie like me at the right level.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have been really impressed and delighted with the milestones reached even at this early stage and the overall professionalism of the team. Wireframes and User Stories have been produced at a level of detail beyond what I would have expected and the branding has been imaginative and collaborative.

Perfect communication! Weekly videocalls to discuss progress and Slack is being used for other communication. Fast responses, knowledgeable answers and easy communication. Even if I randomly have a thought or idea during the weekend, someone picks it up and answers.

Very patient and easy to work with for a non-techie. Eye for detail (working on design for both desktop and mobile), sense of humor and all-round great to deal with. I'm sure that my project is using less than 5% of their abilities, but they are very engaged!

We needed technical leadership as we couldn't forecast how changes in technology would affect the entire business. We wanted to have a broader picture of the whole process.

Our main goals at this stage were: automate many of the manual processes, including adding and creating new product items to the online store; add Ukrainian language to the website in accordance with the new legislation (thus transfer data); increase website traffic and conversion rate by adding more product items to the online store.

I found the CXDojo company values and approach very similar to ours. It was a decisive factor.

We started with a series of workshops during which a team studied our business processes, goals, project requirements. Further, they created an MVP scope. I liked that there was no preference for any particular technology, and the entire work was based on very detailed research and our specific business needs.

They also provided us with a Magento vendor who would implement a solution. They also helped us to automate the process of adding new items to the online store. As a result, the number of new products on the site began to grow faster.

They are very responsible when it comes to documentation and requirements gathering. They developed a strategic technology roadmap aligned with our business goals with the project’s key objectives, important milestones, main deliverables, dependencies, and possible risks.

This roadmap is very convenient and practical to use as we can choose any vendor in the future to continue working with our platform.

They've always delivered their work on time and within the specified budget, with exceptional communication. We mainly communicate with CTO, and I must say that we can rely on CXDojo for technology decisions.

I've found CXDojo to be very systematic in their approach. Everything is transparent, and we know what their progress is at any point in time. This extends to all their processes, including billing.

I reached out to CXDojo to understand the complexity of developing the budgeting app, how long it would take to develop as well as cost. I needed this information to complete a comprehensive roadmap as well as define the scope of MVP with main features.

We had mutual friends that referred me to them. I wanted to understand how to go about building a budgeting app. Also, I needed to know the cost of the project and timeframes to develop such a solution ‒ and CXDojo was able to provide exactly what I was looking for during the ideation phase of my business.

CXDojo provided the service of the project discovery phase ‒ the requirements were defined, as well as the scope & features to be included in the product. I also got a time and money estimate. They listed and prioritized the product functions that are most reasonable to implement in an MVP version of my app. They also went further and proposed technologies relevant to my business.

I mainly worked with a business analyst, who was in direct communication with me. The business analyst defined business goals and needs, prepared the scoping of the solution, provided me with a functional decomposition of my future app, the user roles, and conducted requirements analysis.

I was very pleased with their work. I needed help with my product ideation. Now, I know what features my product should have, how long it will take to create it, and how much it will cost. All this data and documents allowed me to create a comprehensive detailed business plan for my investors.

They provided us with weekly updates through email and Slack, and we had numerous meetings on Zoom and Google Hangouts. We had no issues with communication. In general, the project management was great at hitting deadlines and delivering the results that I wanted.

I'm impressed by their attention to detail and amazing customer service. They also provide invaluable feedback where they can to help create a better end product. They also provide you with great and clear project documentation.
